اهداف اضطراب از رایجترین اختلالات دوران کودکی به شمار میآید. الگوهای تعاملی جدید  نقش بسزایی در درمان کودک مضطرب ایفا میکند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزیابی میزان اثربخشی دو روش درمان شناختیرفتاری مبتنی بر کودک و رویکرد تعاملی مادر کودک بر شاخص اضطراب کودکان دارای مادر تحت درمان متادون صورت پذیرفت.
مواد و روشها بدین منظور و در قالب طرح نیمهآزمایشی با پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری ششماهه از میان خانوادههای دو والد دارای مادر تحت درمان متادون مراجعهکننده به دو کلینیک درمان متادون در تهران، هفتاد و پنج مادر و کودک به گونهای هدفمند انتخاب شدند و به طور تصادفی در سه گروه درمان شناختیرفتاری کودک، درمان تعاملی مادر کودک و گروه کنترل قرار گرفتند. این درمانها به مدت هشت جلسه هفتگی به دو گروه آزمایش ارائه شد و گروه کنترل در لیست انتظار قرار گرفت. سطح اضطراب کودکان در سه مرحله پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری با مقیاس اضطراب اسپنس ارزیابی شد و دادههای حاصل با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 19 و به کمک آزمونهای کای اسکوئر، تی مستقل و تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر تجزیهوتحلیل شد.
یافتهها نتایج نشان داد هر دو درمان مذکور در پسآزمون نسبت به گروه کنترل اثربخشی معناداری بر شاخص اضطراب اعمال کردند (0/001>P)، اما بین اثربخشی دو درمان مذکور تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نشد (0/65). همچنین اثربخشی درمانهای مذکور تا مرحله پیگیری حفظ نشد (0/05).
نتیجهگیری یافتههای مذکور گویای سودمندی درمانهای شناختیرفتاری بر نشانگان اضطراب در کودکان است. این یافتهها ضمن یاریرساندن در تبیین سببشناسی نشانگان اضطراب در کودکان، میتواند در طرحریزی مداخلات پیشگیرانه امیدبخش باشد؛ هر چند مطالعات کنترلشده بیشتری در این زمینه نیاز است.
