اهداف هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش سرگشتگی ذهنی خودبهخود و عمدی و بهوشیاری زمینهای در پیشبینی نشانههای وسواس دانشجویان بود.
مواد و روشها در این تحقیق توصیفی، همبستگی و مقطعی، 391 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه تبریز به روش در دسترس انتخاب و وارد پژوهش شدند. برای جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامههای وسواس فکری عملی مادزلی، پرسشنامه سرگشتگی ذهنی عمدی و خودبهخود و پرسشنامه بهوشیاری پنجوجهی ذهنآگاهی استفاده شد. برای تحلیل دادهها از روش پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه همزمان استفاده شد.
یافتهها نتایج همبستگی نشان داد سرگشتگی ذهنی عمدی (05/0>P، 19/0r=)و سرگشتگی ذهنی خودبهخود (01/0>P، 64/0r=) با نشانههای وسواس رابطه مثبت و مستقیم دارد. از بین مؤلفههای بهوشیاری، مؤلفههای مشاهده (05/0>P، 11/0-r=)، عمل همراه با آگاهی (01/0>P، 41/0-r=)، عدم قضاوت به تجربه درونی (01/0>P، 50/0-r=) و عدم واکنش به تجربه درونی (01/0>P، 61/0-r=) با نشانههای وسواس رابطه منفی و معکوسی دارند. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل رگرسیون همزمان نشان میدهد که از بین مؤلفههای سرگشتگی ذهنی، تنها متغیر سرگشتگی ذهنی خودبهخود (01/0>P، 51/0(β=و از بین مؤلفههای بهوشیاری، عمل همراه با آگاهی، عدم قضاوت به تجربه درونی و عدم واکنش به تجربه درونی به ترتیب (20/0-(β=، (22/0-β=)، (41/0- (β=قادر به پیشبینی نشانههای وسواس هستند (01/0>P).
نتیجهگیری یافتههای این پژوهش بر نقش سرگشتگی ذهنی غیرعمدی و مؤلفههای عمل همراه با آگاهی، عدم قضاوت به تجربه درونی و عدم واکنش به تجربه درونی در پیشبینی نشانههای وسواس دانشجویان تأکید میکند که میتواند تبیین و سببشناسی نشانههای وسواس را تسهیل کند.
