اهداف پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزیابی روابط ساختاری سیستمهای مغزی رفتاری، حساسیت انزجاری و اختلال وسواسیاجباری با استفاده از روش مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. فرض بر این است که سیستمهای مغزی رفتاری و حساسیت انزجاری در تعامل با همدیگر به اختلال وسواسیاجباری منجر میشوند. برخلاف برجستگی این مدل، پژوهش کافی برای ارزیابی تجربی آن انجام نشده است.
مواد و روشها طرح پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفیهمبستگی است. برای این منظور، 340 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه تبریز با استفاده از نمونهگیری خوشهای انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامههای سیستمهای بازداری/ فعالسازی رفتاری کارور و وایت، مقیاس حساسیت انزجاری و پرسشنامه بازنگریشده وسواسیاجباری که در اختیار آنها گذاشته شده بود، پاسخ دادند. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. همچنین برای طبقهبندی، پردازش و تحلیل دادهها و بررسی فرضیههای پژوهش از نرمافزارهای آماری 22 spss و لیزرل 85.8 استفاده شد.
یافتهها ارزیابی مدل فرضی پژوهش با استفاده از شاخصهای برازندگی نشان داد که مدل فرضی با مدل اندازهگیری، برازش دارد (96/0=CFI، 94/0=NFI و 076/0=RMSEA). نتایج نشان داد که سیستم بازداری رفتاری و سیستم فعالساز رفتاری با واسطهگری حساسیت انزجاری بر اختلال وسواسیاجباری به ترتیب با ضریب استاندارد 264/0 و 241/0- در سطح 05/0>P تأثیر معناداری دارند.
نتیجهگیری یافتههای این پژوهش در کنار حمایت از مدل فرضی برای اختلال وسواسی اجباری، چارچوب مناسبی برای سببشناسی این اختلال ارائه میدهد. بر این اساس، حساسیت زیاد سیستم بازداری رفتاری و حساسیت کم سیستم فعالساز رفتاری به واسطه حساسیت انزجاری، به افزایش نشانههای اختلال وسواسیاجباری منجر میشود.
