fa رابطه‌ی مهارت‌های ارتباطی و عملکرد تطابقی در معتادان مرکز اجتماع درمان‌مدار تهران Relation between Communication Skills and Coping Mechanisms in Substance Abusers at Tehran Therapeutic Community Center روانپزشکی و روانشناسی Psychiatry and Psychology پژوهشي اصيل Original Research هدف: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی وضعیت مهارت‌های ارتباطی و تطابقی در معتادان مقیم مرکز اجتماع درمان مدار و ارتباط میان نمره‌ی مهارت‌های ارتباطی و نمره‌ی مهارت‌های تطابقی انجام شده است.روش: در این بررسی توصیفی – تحلیلی، 25 نفر از معتادان مرد مقیم مرکز اجتماع درمان مدار تهران مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. این افراد (سم‌زدایی شده) به کمک چک لیست عملکرد تطابقی که از سه مقوله‌ی ”مقابله‌ی متمرکز بر حل مسأله“، ”مقابله‌ی متمرکز بر هیجان“ و ”مقابله‌ی کمتر مؤثر و غیرسودمند“ تشکیل شده و آزمون ارزیابی مهارت‌های ارتباطی و تعاملی که به‌صورت مشاهده‌ای انجام شده است و شامل سه بخش «ویژگی‌های جسمانی»، «مبادله‌ی اطلاعات» و «روابط و مناسبات» می‌باشد، ارزیابی شدند. از روش آماری همبستگی پیرسون بهره گرفته شد.یافته‌ها: این بررسی نشان داد که میانگین نمره‌ی مقابله‌ی متمرکز بر حل مسأله، بالاتر از میانگین نمره‌ی مقابله‌ی متمرکز بر هیجان و مقابله‌ی کمتر مؤثر و غیرسودمند می‌باشد. میانگین نمره‌ی مهارت‌های ارتباطی بسیار بالابود. هم‌چنین رابطه‌ی معنی‌داری میان بخش‌های فهرست مهارت‌های تطابقی و آزمون ارزیابی مهارت‌های ارتباطی و تعاملی به‌دست نیامد.نتیجه: مهارت‌های ارتباطی در معتادان در سطح مناسب و قابل قبولی است و به‌نظر نمی‌رسد این گروه، هر چند که نماینده‌ی کاملی از جمعیت سوء‌مصرف کنندگان مواد مخدر نمی‌باشند، از نظر مهارت‌های ارتباطی دچار مشکلات مهمی باشند. این موضوع در برنامه‌ریزی محتوای آموزش مهارت‌های زندگی دارای اهمیت است و بهتر است برای این گروه از بیماران، شیوه‌های مناسب‌تری برای بهبود عملکرد تطابقی به کار گرفته شود. AbstractObjectives: This project was conducted to appraise the communication and coping skills of sub-stance abusers residing at a therapeutic community center. It also evaluated the relation between the scores of communication skills and coping strategies. Method: 25 male substance abusers residing at a therapeutic community center in <place w:st="on"><city w:st="on">Tehran</city></place> partici-pated in this descriptive-analytical study. These detoxified subjects were evaluated by two means, Coping Strategies Checklist consisting of problem-focused, emotion- focused, and low effective and uneffective copings the second mean was Assessment of Communication and Interactional Skills, an observational test composed of three sections of physical aspects, information exchange, and relationships. Data were analyzed by Pearson correlation coefficient.Findings: The mean score of problem-focused coping strategy was higher than emotion-focused, and lower effective and uneffective coping scores. The mean score of communication skills was quite high. No significant relation was found between various sections of communication skills and coping strategies. Results: The addicts’ communication skills are at an acceptable and appropriate level. Although this group is not a complete representative of substance abusers population, they do not seem to have significant difficulties in terms of communication skills.
