fa مقایسه طرح‌واره‌های ناسازگار اولیه در همسران مطلقه و عادی به‌عنوان پیش‌بینی‌کننده طلاق Comparing Early Maladaptive Schemas Among Divorced and Non-divorced Couples as Predictors of Divorce روانپزشکی و روانشناسی Psychiatry and Psychology پژوهشي اصيل Original Research هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی طرح‌واره‌های ناسازگار اولیه در روابط زناشویی به‌عنوان پیش‌بینی‌کننده طلاق بود. روش: آزمودنی‌های پژوهش 150 زوج خواهان طلاق و 155 زوج عادی (جمعاً 305 زوج) بودند. زوج‌های خواهان طلاق از میان مراجعه‌کنندگان به دادگاه به روش در دسترس و نمونه عادی به روش نمونه‌گیری چندمرحله‌ای- تصادفی، از چند دبیرستان شهر اصفهان انتخاب شدند. همه زوج‌های نمونه به‌کمک پرسش‌نامه طرح‌واره‌های ناسازگار اولیه، ارزیابی شدند. برای تحلیل داده‌ها افزون بر روش‌های آمار توصیفی، روش تحلیل تمایز نیز به‌کار رفت. یافته‌ها: طرح‌واره‌های بی‌اعتمادی- بدرفتاری، معیارهای سخت‌گیرانه و بازداری هیجانی به‌ترتیب با ضرایب استاندارد 67/0، 57/0 و 57/0 بیشترین توان پیش‌بینی، و از میان متغیر‌های جمعیتشناختی، تنها متغیرهای سطح تحصیلات و میزان درآمد توان پیش‌بینی معنی‌دار طلاق را داشتند (001/0p<). نتیجه‌گیری: می‌توان به‌کمک طرح‌واره‌های ناسازگار اولیه طلاق را پیش‌بینی نمود و بر پایه این الگو می‌توان یک رویکرد پیش‌گیری از طلاق و درمان زناشویی بر پایه رویکرد طرح‌واره‌درمان‌گری تدارک دید و یافته‌های این پژوهش را در ﻣﺤﯿﻂ‌ﻫﺎی ﺑﺎﻟﯿﻨﯽ و مشاوره‌ای برای کمک به همسران مشکل‌دار و در آستانه طلاق به‌کار گرفت. Objectives: The aim of the present study was to assess early maladaptive schemas in marital relationship as a predictor of divorce. Method: The sample included 150 divorce applicant couples and 155 ordinary couples (305 couples in total). Divorce applicants were selected from court clients using convenience sampling, and the normal group was selected using random multi-staged sampling from a number of high schools in the city of <city w:st="on">Isfahan</city>. All sample couples were tested using Early Maladaptive Schema Scale (EMSs). For data analysis, discriminate analysis was used in addition to descriptive statistics method. Results: The schemas of mistrust-abuse, unrelenting standards and emotional inhibition with standard correlations of 0.67, 0.57 and 0.57 respectively, had the highest predicting power. From among demographic factors, only education and income had a significant predictive power for divorce (p<0.001). Conclusion: Divorce could be predicted based on early maladaptive schemas. Also, a model of divorce prevention and marital therapy based on the schematic therapeutic approach can be developed.
