fa ویژگی‌های شخصیتی، استرس، شیوه‌های مقابله و نگرش‌های مذهبی در افراد اقدام‌کننده به خودکشی Personality Traits, Stress, Coping and Religious Attitudes among Individuals Attempting Suicide روانپزشکی و روانشناسی Psychiatry and Psychology پژوهشي اصيل Original Research چکیدههدف: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی ویژگی‌های شخصیتی، استرس‌های روانی- اجتماعی، شیوه مقابله با استرس و نگرش‌های مذهبی افراد اقدام‌کننده به خودکشی مراجعه‌کننده به بیمارستان امام خمینی شهرستان کرمانشاه و مقایسه آن با گروه گواه انجام شد. روش‌: پژوهش حاضر یک طرح مورد- شاهدی است که در آن 120 نفر از افراد اقدام‌کننده به خودکشی (75 زن و 45 مرد) با 120 نفر از افراد گروه گواه که با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب و از نظر برخی متغیرهای جمعیت‌شناختی با یکدیگر همتا شده بودند مقایسه شدند. گردآوری داده‌ها به‌کمک پرسش‌نامه ویژگی‌های فردی، مصاحبه بالینی، پرسش‌نامه شخصیتی آیزنک، پرسش‌نامه رویدادهای زندگی، پرسش‌نامه مهـارت‌های مقـابله‌ای و پرسش‌نامه نگرش‌های مذهبی انجام شد. داده‌های پژوهش با بهره‌گیری از شـاخص‌های آمـار توصیفی، آزمون t و آزمون خی‌دو تحلیل گردیدند.یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشـان دادند که افراد اقدام‌کننده به خودکشی بیش از افراد گروه گواه دارای ویژگی‌های شخصیتی درون‌گرایی، روان‌رنجوری و روان‌پریشی بودند و پیش از اقدام به خودکشی رویدادهای فشارزای بیشتری را تجربه کرده بودند، از نظر شناختی ارزیابی بالاتری از میزان فشار روانی ناشی از استرس‌های زندگی داشتند، کمتر شیوه مقابله متمرکز بـر حل مسأله را به‌‌کار برده‌اند و دارای نگرش‌های مذهبی ضعیف‌تری بوده اند. نتیجه‌گیری: خودکشی در اثر تعامل برخی عوامل زمینه‌ساز و آشکارساز روی می‌دهد. <p class="MsoNormal" style="TEXT-JUSTIFY: kashida DIRECTION: ltr TEXT-INDENT: 0cm LINE-HEIGHT: 15pt MARGIN-RIGHT: 6.5pt unicode-bidi: embed TEXT-ALIGN: justify TEXT-KASHIDA: 0% mso-line-height-rule: exactly">Abstract<p class="MsoNormal" style="TEXT-JUSTIFY: kashida DIRECTION: ltr TEXT-INDENT: 0cm LINE-HEIGHT: 15pt MARGIN-RIGHT: 6.5pt unicode-bidi: embed TEXT-ALIGN: justify TEXT-KASHIDA: 0% mso-line-height-rule: exactly">Objectives: This research was carried out to assess the personality traits, psychosocial stress, strategies of coping with stress, and religious attitudes of subjects who had attempted suicide and were referred to <place><placename>Imam</placename> <placename>Khomeini</placename> <placetype>Hospital</placetype></place> in the city of <city><place>Kermanshah</place></city>, and to compare them with the control group. <p class="MsoNormal" style="TEXT-JUSTIFY: kashida DIRECTION: ltr TEXT-INDENT: 0cm LINE-HEIGHT: 15pt MARGIN-RIGHT: 6.5pt unicode-bidi: embed TEXT-ALIGN: justify TEXT-KASHIDA: 0% mso-line-height-rule: exactly">Method: The present study is a case-control study in which 120 subjects who had attempted suicide (75 females, 45 males) were compared with 120 subjects of the control group who were selected using con-venience sampling and were also demographically matched. Data were gathered using a demographic questionnaire, clinical interview, Eysenck Personality Questionnaire, Life Incidence Questionnaire, Coping Skills Questionnaire, and Religious Attitudes Questionnaire.
