fa نارسایی حافظه‌کاری در افراد مبتلا به اختلال افسردگی اساسی Working Memory Impairments in Patients with Major Depressive Disorder روانپزشکی و روانشناسی Psychiatry and Psychology علمي كوتاه Short Scientific هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی آسیبهای حافظه کاری در افراد مبتلا به اختلال افسردگی اساسی بود. روش: بیست و پنج بیمار مبتلا به اختلال افسردگی اساسی که بر پایه ملاک‌های تشخیصی DSM-IV دچار این اختلال تشخیص داده شدند، با 25 نفر گروه گواه بهنجار از نظر جنس، سن و میزان تحصیلات همتاسازی شدند. هر دو گروه سیاهه افسردگی بک را تکمیل نموده و برای بررسی عملکرد حافظه کاری آنها، دو مقیاس «فراخنای حافظه ارقام وکسلر بزرگسالان» و «آزمون گام به گام جمع بندی توالی شنیداری» (PASAT) به‌کار برده شد. یافته‌ها: آزمون t برای گروه‌های مستقل، نشان داد که عملکرد آزمودنی‌های افسرده در هر دو آزمون حافظه ضعـیفتر از عملـکرد گروه گواه است (001/0p<). ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که بین عملکرد در آزمون‌های حافظه کاری و میزان افسردگی همبستگی منفی معنیدار وجود دارد (001/0p<). نتیجهگیری: افسردگی با تخریب در عملکرد حافظه کاری همراه است و با افزایش شدت نشانه‌های افسردگی، میزان تخریب نیز افزایش مییابد.<span lang="AR-SA" dir="rtl" style="FONT-SIZE: 10.5pt FONT-FAMILY: "B Zar" mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman' mso-ansi-language: EN-US mso-fareast-language: EN-US mso-bidi-language: AR-SA mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman' mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'"> AbstractObjectives: The aim of the present study was to investigate working memory impairments in individuals with major depressive disorder. Method: Twenty five patients with major depressive disorder according to DSM-IV criteria, were matched by gender, age and education with 25 normal controls. All completed Beck Depression Inventory and participated in two working memory tasks: “Paced Auditory Serial Adding Test (PASAT)” and “Wechsler Digit Span Scale”. Results: T-test for independent groups indicated a weaker function in both memory tests for depressed subjects compared to the control group (p<0.001). Pearson correlation coefficient and regression analysis showed a significant negative correlation between function in working memory tests and the severity of depression (p<0.001).
