fa همه‌گیرشناسی بی‌اختیاری ادرار در دانش‌آموزان 11-7 ساله‌ی شهر سمنان روانپزشکی و روانشناسی Psychiatry and Psychology پژوهشي اصيل Original Research <p class="a" dir="rtl"><span lang="AR-SA" style="FONT-WEIGHT: normal FONT-STYLE: normal FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma mso-bidi-font-size: 9.0pt"><strong>مقدمه:</strong></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="FONT-WEIGHT: normal FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma mso-bidi-font-size: 9.0pt"><strong> </strong>این پژوهش با هدف بررسی همه‌گیرشناسی بی‌اختیاری ادرار و عوامل مؤثر بر آن در دانش آموزان دبستانی شهر سمنان انجام شده است. <p></p></span></p><p class="a" dir="rtl"><span lang="AR-SA" style="FONT-WEIGHT: normal FONT-STYLE: normal FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma mso-bidi-font-size: 9.0pt"><strong>مواد و روش‌کار:</strong></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="FONT-WEIGHT: normal FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma mso-bidi-font-size: 9.0pt"><strong> </strong>در این بررسی 1200 دانش‌آموز 11-7 ساله از 26 دبستان در شهر سمنان به روش خوشه‌ای- تصادفی انتخاب شدند و از والدین آنها خواسته شد تا به پرسش‌نامه‌های مربوط به وضعیت بی اختیاری ادرار فرزندشان پاسخ دهند. داده‌های پژوهش به‌کمک آزمون آماری دقیق فیشر، آزمون </span><span dir="ltr" style="FONT-WEIGHT: normal FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma mso-bidi-font-size: 9.0pt">t</span><span dir="rtl"></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="FONT-WEIGHT: normal FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma mso-bidi-font-size: 9.0pt"><span dir="rtl"></span> مستقل و آزمون خی‌دو تحلیل گردید.<p></p></span></p><p class="a" dir="rtl"><span lang="AR-SA" style="FONT-WEIGHT: normal FONT-STYLE: normal FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma LETTER-SPACING: -0.1pt mso-bidi-font-size: 9.0pt"><strong>یافته‌ها: </strong></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="FONT-WEIGHT: normal FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma LETTER-SPACING: -0.1pt mso-bidi-font-size: 9.0pt">این پژوهش شیوع کلی بی اختیاری ادرار را در دانش‌آموزان دبستانی شهر سمنان 5/15% نشان داد (در پسرها 4/18% و در دخترها 1/13%). بیشترین میزان شیوع در سن 8 سالگی (3/25%) بود که با افزایش سن این میزان کاهش می‌یافت. عواملی چون وضعیت اقتصادی- اجتماعی خانواده، میزان تحصیلات و شغل پدر و مادر، شمار اعضای خانواده، تغذیه با شیر مادر در دوران کودکی، وجود استرس در شش ماه اخیر، شمار رفتن به دستشویی، مشکل در بیدار شدن از خواب و معدل سال گذشته‌ی دانش‌آموز، ارتباط معنی‌داری با بی اختیاری ادرار داشتند. از 186 کودک مبتلا به بی‌اختیاری ادرار 30 نفر (1/16%) بی‌اختیاری در خواب روز، 52 نفر (28%) بی اختیاری در بیداری و 3 نفر (6/1%) بی‌اختیاری مدفوع نیز داشتند.<p></p></span></p><p class="a" dir="rtl"><span lang="AR-SA" style="FONT-WEIGHT: normal FONT-STYLE: normal FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma mso-bidi-font-size: 9.0pt"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="FONT-WEIGHT: normal FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma mso-bidi-font-size: 9.0pt">میزان شیوع بی‌اختیاری ادرار در دانش‌آموزان دبستانی شهر سمنان بیشتر از یافته‌های سایر بررسی‌های انجام شده در این زمینه به‌نظر می‌رسد.<p></p></span></p>  <p class="abstract"><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p class="StyleCondensedby01pt"><span><strong>Introduction:</strong> The present research aimed to determine the epidemiology of enuresis and the related</span><span style="LETTER-SPACING: 0pt"> factors in primary school students in the city of </span><city><place><span style="LETTER-SPACING: 0pt">Semnan</span></place></city><span style="LETTER-SPACING: 0pt">. <br><b>Method:</b> In this research 1200 students of 7-11 years of age were selected from 26 schools using randomized cluster sampling, and their parents were asked to fill in<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>the questionnaire of enuresis. Study data were analyzed using Fisher’s exact test, t-test, and the chi-square. <br><b>Results:</b> This study estimated the overall prevalence of enuresis was 15.5% ( 18.4% in boys and </span><span style="LETTER-SPACING: 0.05pt">13.1% for girls). The peak age was 8 years of age (25.3%) and the figure decreased at older age. </span><span style="LETTER-SPACING: -0.15pt">Factors such as socio-economic level, parents’ education and occupation, size of family, breast feed- </span><span style="LETTER-SPACING: -0.2pt">ing, history of stress in prior 6 months, frequency of voiding, waking disorder and prior year’s school</span><span style="LETTER-SPACING: 0pt"> performance were significantly related to enuresis.
