fa ایمنی هیجانی در خانواده، ارزیابی شناختی کودک از تعارض والدین و نشانه‌های آسیب‌شناختی کودک: بررسی سازوکار‌های تعدیل‌کننده Children’s Appraisal of Interparental Conflict, and their Psychopathological Symptoms: An Investigation of Mediating and Moderating Mechanisms روانپزشکی و روانشناسی Psychiatry and Psychology پژوهشي اصيل Original Research چکیدههدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تبیین سازوکار‌هایی که از آن طریق کشمکش‌های والدین بر سلامت روانی کودک اثر می‌گذارند، انجام شد و نقش تعدیل‌کننده سه متغیر مهم ارزیابی کودک از کشمکش‌های والدین، ایمنی هیجانی در خانواده و راهکارهای مقابله هیجان‌مدار کودک در پیش‌بینی نشانه‌های آسیب‌شناختی هیجانی و رفتاری وی بررسی گردید. روش: این بررسی مقطعی روی یک نمونه 413 نفری از کودکان پنجم ابتدایی شهر تهران (220 دختر و 193 پسر) که به‌کمک روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای- تصادفی نسبتی انتخاب شده بودند، انجام شد. کودکان به پرسش‌نامه ایمنی در سیستم خانواده و پرسش‌نامه ادراک کودک از تعارض والدین پاسخ دادند. برای سنجش مشکلات هیجانی و رفتاری کودک نیز مادران و آموزگاران، زیرمقیاس مشکلات از پرسش‌نامه توانایی‌ها و مشکلات کودک را تکمیل نمودند. یافته‌ها: رابطه بین احساس ناایمنی هیجانی کودک در خانواده و ارزیابی کودک از کشمکش‌های والدین با مشکلات رفتاری و هیجانی کودکان معنی‌دار بود (01/0p<). افزون بر این، نقش واسطه‌ای ارزیابی تعارض در رابطه میان ایمنی هیجانی با مشکلات عاطفی کودک، نقش واسطه‌ای مقابله هیجان‌مدار کودک در رابطه میان ارزیابی تعارض با نشانه‌های آسیب‌شناختی کودک و هم‌چنین نقش تعاملی ناایمنی هیجانی و ارزیابی کودک از ویژگی‌های کشمکش والدین در مشکلات رفتاری کودک، مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های این پژوهش بیانگر نقش ایمنی هیجانی خانواده به‌عنوان یک عامل محافظ محیطی و نقش ارزیابی شناختی کودک از کشمکش‌های والدین به‌عنوان یک عامل خطر درونی، در کاهش و افزایش نشانه‌های آسیب‌شناختی عاطفی و رفتاری کودکان است. AbstractObjectives: The present study represents an attempt to explain the mechanisms by which, parental conflict, a stressful life event in children's lives, may have an impact on children's psychological health. For this purpose, besides examining predictive relationships between in-dependent and criterion variables, we also evaluated the mediating and moderating interactions of three important variables, children's appraisals of parental conflict and emotional security in the family and their emotional coping strategies, indicative of perceived insecurity in the family, in the prediction of children's psychopathological symptoms. Method: This research used a stratified random sampling procedure with 413 fifth-grade primary school-children in the city of Tehran (220 girls & 193 boys).To assess children’s perceived emotional security in the family, their emotional coping strategies and their perception of parental conflict, the Security In the Family System (SIFS) Scale and the Children’s Perception of Interparental Conflict (CPIC) Scale was administered to them. To assess children’s affective and behavioral difficulties, mothers and teachers answered the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ). Results: Findings reveal a significant relationship between the children’s feeling of insecurity in the family as well as children’s appraisal of interparental conflicts on children’s affective and behavioral symptoms (p<0.01). In addition, the mediating role of appraisal in the relation between emotional security and affective symptoms, the mediating role of the emotional reaction in relation to conflict appraisal with the psychopathological symptoms of the child, as well as the interactional role of emotional insecurity and child appraisal of parental conflicts, were confirmed.
