fa عوامل ایجادکننده استرس در مدیران مراکز درمانی شهر تهران روانپزشکی و روانشناسی Psychiatry and Psychology پژوهشي اصيل Original Research <p><strong><font size="4">چکیده</font></strong></p><p><strong> </strong><span><strong>مقدمه: </strong>به‌دلیل آثار زیانبار استرس ناشی از کار در مدیران مراکز بهداشتی- درمانی، این پژوهش با هدف بررسی عوامل استرس‌زا در مدیران مراکز درمانی دولتی شهر تهران انجام شده است.</span></p><p></p><p class="a" dir="rtl"><span lang="AR-SA" style="FONT-WEIGHT: normal FONT-SIZE: 10pt FONT-STYLE: normal FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma"><strong>روش‌:</strong></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="FONT-WEIGHT: normal FONT-SIZE: 10pt FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma"><strong> </strong>این بررسی از نوع توصیفی- مقطعی بوده و با کمک پرسش‌نامه لوتانز انجام شده است. آزمودنی‌های پژوهش 92 مدیر مراکز درمانی دولتی در تهران بودند که دربرگیرنده همه مدیران مراکز یادشده که حاضر به تکمیل پرسش‌نامه شدند. داده‌های گردآوری شده به‌کمک روش‌های آماری توصیفی تحلیل گردیدند.</span></p><p></p><p class="a" dir="rtl"><span lang="AR-SA" style="FONT-WEIGHT: normal FONT-SIZE: 10pt FONT-STYLE: normal FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="FONT-WEIGHT: normal FONT-SIZE: 10pt FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma"><strong> </strong>عامل احساس مسئولیت بیش از حد از مهم‌ترین عوامل شخصی استرس‌زا، عامل مشکلات مربوط به گرانی، تورم و هزینه زندگی از مهم‌ترین عوامل خانوادگی ایجاد کننده استرس، عامل کمبود بودجه و امکانات و تجهیزات مرکز درمانی از مهم‌ترین عوامل شغلی و محیط کار استرس‌زا و عوامل آلودگی‌های زیست محیطی و ناآگاهی مراجعین نسبت به معیارهای اجتماعی، ‌فرهنگی و اقتصادی ‌از مهمترین عوامل اجتماعی و فرهنگی و اقتصادی استرس‌زا در مدیران مراکز درمانی مورد بررسی بودند.</span></p><p></p><p class="a" dir="rtl"><span lang="AR-SA" style="FONT-WEIGHT: normal FONT-SIZE: 10pt FONT-STYLE: normal FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="FONT-WEIGHT: normal FONT-SIZE: 10pt FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma"><strong> </strong>مهم‌ترین عوامل ایجاد کننده استرس در مدیران مراکز درمانی کمبود بودجه، امکانات و تجهیزات بود.</span></p><p></p><p class="a" dir="rtl"><span lang="AR-SA" style="FONT-WEIGHT: normal FONT-SIZE: 10pt FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma"></span><p></p></p><p> </p>  <!--stripped--><b><span style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt">Abstract<p></p></span></b></p><p class="StyleBold" style="TEXT-JUSTIFY: kashida TEXT-ALIGN: justify TEXT-KASHIDA: 0%"><b><span style="LETTER-SPACING: -0.25pt">Introduction: </span></b><span style="LETTER-SPACING: -0.25pt">Due to detrimental effects of work among managers of health and medical centers,</span> <span style="LETTER-SPACING: -0.2pt">this research was carried out to assess factors causing stress among managers of public medical</span> centers in <city><place>Tehran</place></city>. </p><p class="StyleBold" style="TEXT-JUSTIFY: kashida TEXT-ALIGN: justify TEXT-KASHIDA: 0%"><b><span style="LETTER-SPACING: -0.25pt">Method: </span></b><span style="LETTER-SPACING: -0.25pt">This experiment was descriptive cross-sectional and was carried out by means of Luthans</span> questionnaire. The subjects consisted of 94 managers of public medical centers in <city><place>Tehran</place></city> (all managers who were willing to complete the questionnaire).
