fa هوش هیجانی در زنانی که به روش مسمومیت اقدام به خود کشی کرده‌اند Emotional Quotient in Women who had Attempted Suicide by Poisoning روانپزشکی و روانشناسی Psychiatry and Psychology پژوهشي اصيل Original Research هدف: نظر به ارتباط هوش هیجانی با توانایی حل مسأله و انتخاب خودکشی به‌عنوان یک روش انطباق با مشکلات، این پژوهش، با هدف بررسی هوش هیجانی در زنان اقدام‌کننده به خودکشی به روش مسمومیت انجام شده است. روش: در یک طرح پژوهشی پس رویدادی (علی- مقایسه‌ای) و شبه آزمایشی 80 نفر از زنان اقدام‌کننده به خودکشی به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس از میان مراجعه‌کنندگان به اورژانس مسمومین بیمارستان نور اصفهان به‌عنوان گروه آزمایشی و 80 نفر از زنان عادی از میان ملاقات‌کنندگان بیماران بخش داخلی بیمارستان نور اصفهان، به‌عنوان گروه گواه به روش تصادفی انتخاب و به‌کمک پرسش‌نامه هوش هیجانی بار- ان بررسی شدند. برای تحلیل داده‌ها، روش تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیره و روش تحلیل تمایزات به‌کار برده شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره نشان داد که نمره کل هوش هیجانی و زیرمقیاس‌های آن در گروه خودکشی‌کنندگان در مقایسه با گروه گواه به شکل معنی‌داری پایین‌تر بوده است (001/0p<). هم‌چنین بر پایه نتایج تحلیل تمایزات، همراه با نقطه برش 86/253 برای تفکیک دو گروه اقدام‌کننده به خودکشی و سالم، حساسیت و ویژگی هر دو به‌طور جداگانه برابر با 100% محاسبه گردید.نتیجه‌گیری: هوش هیجانی در زنان اقدام‌کننده به خودکشی پایین‌تر از زنان عادی است. پایین‌بودن هوش هیجانی می‌تواند به‌عنوان یک عامل خطر اقدام به خودکشی در نظر گرفته شود. <p class="MsoNormal" style="TEXT-JUSTIFY: kashida MARGIN: 0cm 6.5pt 0pt 0cm DIRECTION: ltr TEXT-INDENT: 0cm LINE-HEIGHT: 14pt unicode-bidi: embed TEXT-ALIGN: justify TEXT-KASHIDA: 0% mso-line-height-rule: exactly">Abstract<p class="MsoNormal" style="TEXT-JUSTIFY: kashida MARGIN: 0cm 6.5pt 0pt 0cm DIRECTION: ltr TEXT-INDENT: 0cm LINE-HEIGHT: 14pt unicode-bidi: embed TEXT-ALIGN: justify TEXT-KASHIDA: 0% mso-line-height-rule: exactly">Objectives: Considering the relation of emotional quotient (EQ) with problem solving and choosing suicide as a method of solving problems, this study was carried out with the aim of evaluating emotional quotient in women who had attempted suicide using poisoning. <p class="MsoNormal" style="TEXT-JUSTIFY: kashida MARGIN: 0cm 6.5pt 0pt 0cm DIRECTION: ltr TEXT-INDENT: 0cm LINE-HEIGHT: 14pt unicode-bidi: embed TEXT-ALIGN: justify TEXT-KASHIDA: 0% mso-line-height-rule: exactly">Method: In a retrospective (causal-comparative), semi-experimental study, 80 women who had attempted suicide by poisoning were selected using convenience sampling from among patients presenting to the emergency department of Noor Hospital in Isfahan (Iran), as the experimental group. Also, 80 normal women were randomly selected from among the visitors of the Internal Medicine Ward of same Hospital. Both groups were examined using Bar-on Emotional Quotient Questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multivariate analysis of variance and analysis of differences. <p class="MsoNormal" style="TEXT-JUSTIFY: kashida MARGIN: 0cm 6.5pt 0pt 0cm DIRECTION: ltr TEXT-INDENT: 0cm LINE-HEIGHT: 14pt unicode-bidi: embed TEXT-ALIGN: justify TEXT-KASHIDA: 0% mso-line-height-rule: exactly">Results: Results of multivariate data analysis showed that total EQ score and its sub-scales were significantly lower in the suicidal group in comparison with the control group (p<0.001).
