fa مقایسه افسردگی و شاخص‌های رضایتمندی در خانواده‌های دارای فرد فوت شده مرگ مغزی در دو گروه اهداکننده و غیراهداکننده اعضا The Comparison of Depression and Consent in Families of Brain Dead Patients in Donor and Non-donor Groups روانپزشکی و روانشناسی Psychiatry and Psychology پژوهشي اصيل Original Research چکیده مقدمه: زنده‌بودن شماری از اعضای بدن فرد فوت‌شده به‌دلیل مرگ مغزی، شاید خانواده وی را در پذیرش فوت و گذار از مرحله انکار سوگ دچار مشکل نماید. از این رو پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه افسردگی در دو گروه بستگان افراد دچار مرگ مغزی (اهداکننده و غیراهداکننده اعضا) و شاخص‎های رضایت‌مندی آنها از نظام درمانی انجام شد.روش: این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی– مقطعی است، آزمودنی‌ها، بستگان درجه اول افراد فوت شده مرگ مغزی بودند. 54 نفر از 27 خانواده اهداکننده و 104 نفر از 58 خانواده غیر اهداکننده به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس در پژوهش شرکت کردند. این افراد یکی از بستگان درجه اول خود را طی سال‌های 1380 و 1381 در استان تهران، به دنبال مرگ مغزی از دست داده بودند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها پرسش‌نامه ویژگی‌های جمعیت‌شناختی و پرسش‌نامه افسردگی بک به‌کار برده شد. داده‌ها به‌کمک روش های آمار توصیفی تحلیل گردیدند. یافته‎ها: در 4/20% افراد خانواده‌های اهداکننده و 3/17% افراد خانواده‌های غیر اهداکننده افسردگی دیده شد اما تفاوت این دو از نظر آماری معنی‌دار نبود. مقایسه میزان افسردگی والدین اهداکننده و والدین غیراهداکننده هم‌چنین همسران و فرزندان دو گروه تفاوت معنی‌دار نشان نداد، لیکن بستگان اهداکننده، پدیده اهدای اعضا را در کاهش غم از دست دادن متوفی در 66% موارد کاملاً و در 32% موارد تا اندازه‌ای مؤثر می‌دانند.نتیجه‌گیری: اهداکنندگی بر میزان افسردگی بعدی و سیر سوگواری بستگان فوت‌شدگان مرگ مغزی تأثیری ندارد. AbstractIntroduction: The fact that some of the organs of a brain dead patient are still living, might make it difficult for the patient’s family to shift from denial to the acceptance of the patient’s death. Therefore, the present study was carried out to compare depression between two groups of fa-milies of brain dead patients (namely donor and non-donor) and the degree of their satisfac-tion of the medical organization.Method: This is a descriptive-cross sectional study. The subjects consisted of first-degree rela- tives of brain dead patients. Fifty four subjects from 27 donor families and 104 subjects from 58 non-donor families were selected using the counting method. These subjects had lost at least one of their first-degree relatives because of brain death, between the years 1380 and 1384 in the <place><placetype>province</placetype> of <placename>Tehran</placename></place>. Data were collected using a demographic questionnaire and Beck Depres-sion Inventory (BDI). The data were analyzed using descriptive statistical methods.Results: Depression was present in 20.4% of donor and 17.3% of non-donor families but the di- fference was not statistically significant. The comparison of the degree of depression between the families of donor patients and the non-donor patients as well as their spouses and children also did not show any significant difference. Nevertheless, 66% and 32% of the donor relatives con- sidered ‘organ donation’ to be completely effective and effective to some degree in overcoming grief, respectively.
