fa ارزشیابی خارجی مراقبت‌های سلامت روان در مراکز جامعه‌نگر: قوت‌ها و چالش‌ها روانپزشکی و روانشناسی Psychiatry and Psychology پژوهشي اصيل Original Research <strong>اهداف:&nbsp;</strong>هدف این پژوهش ارزیابی تأثیر ارائه خدمات سلامت روان در مراکز خدمات جامعه‌نگر (CMHC) با چشم‌انداز بررسی فرصت‌ها و چالش‌های موجود برای استمرار و ارتقای ارائه خدمات سلامت روان بود.<br> <strong>مواد و روش ها:</strong> این مقاله بخش کیفی پژوهشی بزرگ‌تر است که با انجام 36 مصاحبه و 13 بحث‌گروهی متمرکز به اجرا درآمد. متن مصاحبه‌ها و بحث‌های گروهی پس از پیاده‌سازی چندین‌بار مطالعه شد. تحلیل محتوا به‌صورت متعارف انجام شد و داده‌ها طبقه‌بندی شدند.<br> <strong>یافته ها:</strong> یافته‌های این پژوهش در دو بخش شامل نیازها برای اجرای برنامه و دست‌یابی به اهداف و پیامدهای مورد انتظار طرح و نیز یافته‌های حاصل از ارزش‌یابی برنامه ارائه شده است. در بخش اول به نکات مربوط به تأمین ‌زیرساخت‌ها و راه‌اندازی مراکز اشاره شده و در بخش دوم به ویژگی‌ها، نقاط قوت و چالش‌های پیش روی طرح پرداخته شده است.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> نتایج این بررسی نشان داد در تأمین زیرساخت‌ها و اجرایی کردن طرح، موفقیت‌های قابل توجهی کسب شده است. از چالش‌های مطرح‌شده در اجرای طرح می‌توان به موانع موجود در جلب مشارکت بیشتر پزشکان عمومی و تأثیر فرهنگ و نگرش موجود در هر شهر برای اثربخشی برنامه اشاره کرد. برای بهبود اثربخشی و کارآمدی طرح ، توجه بیشتر به برنامه‌های آموزشی روان‌پزشکی و سلامت‌روان در کوریکولوم رشته پزشکی عمومی، آموزش‌های همگانی درباره سلامت روان و ارائه راهکارهایی برای اجرای بهتر برنامه از پیشنهادات حاصل از نتایج ارزش‌یابی بود. <strong>Objectives:&nbsp;</strong>This study aims to evaluate the performance of Community-based Mental Health Centers (CMHCs) in Iran and identifying the strengths and challenges in the provision of mental health services.<br> <strong>Methods:&nbsp;</strong>This is a qualitative study, conducted using 36 individual interviews and 13 focus group discussions. Content analysis was performed and data were categorized.<br> The findings were presented in terms of the needs for program implementation, achieving the expected goals and outcomes, and the findings of program evaluation. First, the points related to the provision of infrastructure and setting up the centers were mentioned, and then, the features, strengths and challenges facing the program were discussed.&nbsp;<br> <strong>Results:&nbsp;</strong>Significant successes were achieved in providing infrastructure and implementing the community-based mental health program.
