fa اثربخشی بازی‌درمانی کودک‌محور بر مشکلات رفتاری درونی‌سازی و برونی‌سازی‌شده کودکان با آسیب فلج مغزی روانپزشکی و روانشناسی Psychiatry and Psychology پژوهشي اصيل Original Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>اهداف </strong>پژوهش حاضر با هدف اثربخشی بازی‌درمانی کودک‌محور بر مشکلات رفتاری درونی‌سازی و برونی‌سازی‌شده کودکان با آسیب فلج مغزی، صورت گرفته است.&nbsp;<br> <strong>مواد و روش ها</strong> پژوهش از نوع شبه‌آزمایشی طرح پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون و پی‌گیری بود و از طرح پیش‌آزمون پس‌آزمون و پی‌گیری استفاده شد. جامعه آماری، تمامی کودکان ۸-۶ سال با آسیب فلج مغزی مرکز توان‌بخشی رفیده واقع در شهر تهران بود. برای انتخاب نمونه تعداد ۳۰ کودک با آسیب فلج مغزی به صورت دردسترس و تصادفی در دو گروه ۱۵‌نفره آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند. مشکلات رفتاری با آزمون سیاهه رفتار کودک در پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون و پی‌گیری سنجیده شد. بازی‌درمانی کودک‌محور به مدت ۱۶‌جلسه، دو ‌‌بار در هفته بر روی گروه آزمایش انجام شد. با گذشت سه ماه از مداخله بازی‌درمانی کودک‌محور، آزمون پی‌گیری برای بررسی تداوم، تثبیت و تعمیم نتایج حاصل از مداخله اجرا شد. داده‌ها از طریق تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره با اندازه‌گیری مکرر تجزیه و تحلیل شد.&nbsp;<br> <strong>یافته ها</strong> در مرحله پس‌آزمون، بازی‌درمانی کودک‌محور بر کاهش اضطراب، افسردگی، قانون‌شکنی و پرخاشگری کودکان با آسیب فلج مغزی، به صورت معنادار و اثربخش و در مقایسه با یافته‌های مرحله پیش‌آزمون باثبات بود.&nbsp;<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری</strong>&nbsp;با توجه به تفاوت معنادار بازی‌درمانی کودک‌محور در کاهش مشکلات رفتاری درونی‌سازی و برونی‌سازی‌شده کودکان با آسیب فلج مغزی مؤثر است و نتایج این تحقیق را در مراکز نگهداری، درمانی و خدماتی مختص کودکان با آسیب فلج مغزی می‌توان به کار برد.&nbsp;</div> <p style="margin: 1em 0px; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"></p> <p style="margin: 1em 0px; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><strong>Objectives </strong>This study examined the effectiveness of Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT) on the internalized and externalized behavioral problems of children with Cerebral Palsy (CP).&nbsp;<br> <strong>Methods </strong>This was a quasi-experimental with a pre-test, post-test and a follow-up design. The study population consisted of all 6-8 years old children with CP in Rafideh Rehabilitation center in Tehran, Iran. Thirty children with CP were randomly divided into two groups of control (n=15) and experimental (n=15). Behavioral problems were measured using Child-Behavior Inventory Test in pre-test, post-test and follow-up phases. CCPT was performed for 16 sessions twice a week in the experimental group. After three months of CCPT intervention, the follow-up test was conducted to examine the continuity, consolidation, and generalization of the intervention results.
