fa روابط ساختاری سیستم های مغزی رفتاری، حساسیت انزجاری و اختلال وسواسی اجباری Structural Relationships Between Behavioral Brain Systems, Disgust Sensitivity, and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder روانپزشکی و روانشناسی Psychiatry and Psychology پژوهشي اصيل Original Research <div style="text-align: justify;">اهداف پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزیابی روابط ساختاری سیستم‌های مغزی رفتاری، حساسیت انزجاری و اختلال وسواسی‌اجباری با استفاده از روش مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. فرض بر این است که سیستم‌های مغزی رفتاری و حساسیت انزجاری در تعامل با همدیگر به اختلال وسواسی‌اجباری منجر می‌شوند. برخلاف برجستگی این مدل، پژوهش کافی برای ارزیابی تجربی آن انجام نشده است. مواد و روش ها طرح پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی‌همبستگی است. برای این منظور، 340 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه تبریز با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای انتخاب شدند و به پرسش‌نامه‌های سیستم‌های بازداری/ فعال‌سازی رفتاری کارور و وایت، مقیاس حساسیت انزجاری و پرسش‌نامه بازنگری‌شده وسواسی‌اجباری که در اختیار آن‌ها گذاشته شده بود، پاسخ دادند. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. همچنین برای طبقه‌بندی، پردازش و تحلیل داده‌ها و بررسی فرضیه‌های پژوهش از نرم‌افزارهای آماری 22 spss و لیزرل 85.8 استفاده شد. یافته ها ارزیابی مدل فرضی پژوهش با استفاده از شاخص‌های برازندگی نشان داد که مدل فرضی با مدل اندازه‌گیری، برازش دارد (96/0=CFI، 94/0=NFI و 076/0=RMSEA). نتایج نشان داد که سیستم بازداری رفتاری و سیستم فعال‌ساز رفتاری با واسطه‌گری حساسیت انزجاری بر اختلال وسواسی‌اجباری به ترتیب با ضریب استاندارد 264/0 و 241/0- در سطح 05/0>P تأثیر معناداری دارند. نتیجه گیری یافته‌های این پژوهش در کنار حمایت از مدل فرضی برای اختلال وسواسی اجباری، چارچوب مناسبی برای سبب‌شناسی این اختلال ارائه می‌دهد. بر این اساس، حساسیت زیاد سیستم بازداری رفتاری و حساسیت کم سیستم فعال‌ساز رفتاری به واسطه حساسیت انزجاری، به افزایش نشانه‌های اختلال وسواسی‌اجباری منجر می‌شود.  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;"></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Objectives The aim of this study was to evaluate the structural relationships between behavioral brain systems, disgust sensitivity, and obsessive-compulsive disorder using structural equation modeling. It is assumed that the behavioral brain systems and disgust sensitivity in interaction with each other will lead to obsessive-compulsive disorder. Despite the prominence of this model, not enough research has been done to assess its experimental.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Methods  In a descriptive-correlation study, a sample of 340 students from Tabriz University was selected using cluster sampling method. Participants responded to Inventory system activation / inhibition of behavior (Carver and White, 1994), The Disgust Sensitivity Scale, Obsessive Compulsive Inventory- Revised (OCI-R). Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Results The evaluation of hypothetical model with fit indexes demonstrated that the hypothetical model fits the measurement model (CFI=0.96, NFI=0.94, and RMSEA=0.076). BIS and BAS with standardized coefficients of 0.264 and -0.241, respectively, have a significant effect on obsessive-compulsive disorder by the mediation of disgust sensitivity at the P˂0.05 level. Conclusion The result, supporting the theoretical model for obsessive-compulsive disorder, proposes a suitable framework for the etiology of the disorder.
