fa بررسی ‏آگاهی‏ و نگرش‏ کارکنان پرستاری‏ شاغل‏ در بیمارستان‏ شهید بهشتی ‏در زمینه ECT Knowledge and Attitude of Nurses Regarding ECT among Staff at a Psychiatric Hospital روانپزشکی و روانشناسی Psychiatry and Psychology پژوهشي اصيل Original Research <div class="Section1" dir="rtl">چکیدههدف: با آنکه الکتروشوک درمانی (ECT) کاربرد گسترده‌ای در درمان برخی از بیماریهای روانی دارد اما هنوز واکنش‌های منفی نسبت به این شیوه درمانی حتی در جوامع پزشکی و پرستاری به چشم می‌خورد. این بررسی با هدف تعیین آگاهی و نگرش کارکنان پرستاری شاغل در بیمارستان روانپزشکی شهید بهشتی کرمان در مورد ECT و شیوه مراقبت از بیماران تحت درمان به کمک این روش انجام شده است. روش: آزمودنیهای پژوهش را 80 نفر کارکنان بیمارستان یادشده تشکیل داده‌اند که به کمک یک پرسشنامه پژوهشگر ساخته مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند و شیوه مراقبتهای پیش از ECT، در هنگام اجرای ECT و پس از آن در مورد 80 بیمار بصورت پی در پی مورد مشاهده قرار گرفت. یافته‏ها: نتایج نشان داد که بیشتر زنان (7/78%)، دارای مدرک تحصیلی لیسانس و بالاتر (3/51%)، متأهل (8/73%) و در گروه سنی کمتر از 31 سال (3/46%) بوده‌اند. در مجموع آزمودنیهای پژوهش به 8/47% پرسشها پاسخ درست دادند و 3/67% نمره نگرش را به دست آوردند. مقایسه نمره نگرش بر حسب ویژگی‌های جمعیت شناختی تفاوت معنی‌دار آماری را بر حسب سن، جنس، سابقه کار نشان داد به طوری که افراد مسن‌تر و دارای سابقه کار بیشتر نمره نگرش کمتری داشتند. نتیجه: پایین بودن آگاهی پرستاران و نگرش کمی منفی آنها لزوم تنظیم برنامه آموزشی برای پرستاران درباره ECT را نشان می‏دهد. </div><span lang="AR-SA" dir="rtl" style="FONT-SIZE: 8pt FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman' mso-ansi-language: EN-US mso-fareast-language: EN-US mso-bidi-language: AR-SA mso-ansi-font-weight: bold"> Abstract Objectives: Although widely used in treatment of some mental illnesses, electro-convulsive therapy (ECT) still receives negative reactions, even from medical and nursing communities. The purpose of the present study was to determine the knowledge and attitude of the nursing staff at <placename w:st="on">Shahid</placename> <placename w:st="on">Beheshti</placename> <placetype w:st="on">Psychiatric Hospital</placetype> in <place w:st="on"><city w:st="on">Kerman</city></place> toward ECT, and their method of care for patients under ECT treatment. Method: 80 staff members of the spoken hospital were the subjects of the study. Reviewed by an aid of a questionnaire developed by the researcher, the staff’s method of care was observed before, during, and after 80 consecutively conducted ECTs. Findings: The results demonstrated that most subjects were female (78.7%), married (73.8%), under 31 years of age (46.3%), and held a B.A. (or higher) degrees (51.3%). The subjects collectively responded correctly to 47.8% of the questions 67.3% was reached on the attitude test score. A comparative analysis of the attitude scores based on demographic features, showed a statistically significant difference in terms of age, sex, and working experience, so that staff members who were older and had more working experience obtained lower attitude scores.
