fa آسیب‏پذیری افتراقی اسم و فعل در بیماران زبان‏پریش روانپزشکی و روانشناسی Psychiatry and Psychology پژوهشي اصيل Original Research <p style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify unicode-bidi: embed DIRECTION: rtl" dir="rtl"><b><span lang="FA" style="FONT-FAMILY: ">مقدمه:</span></b><span lang="FA" style="FONT-FAMILY: "> در این پژوهش آسیب‏پذیری افتراقی اسم و فعل در ضایعات نیمکره چپ مغز،که می‏تواند موجب پدید آمدن‏ اختلال زبانی متناسب با ژرفا و گستره ضایعه گردد بررسی شده است. بررسیهای بالینی و آزمایشی گوناگون نشان داده‏اند که‏ نامها و فعلها می‏توانند به‏طور جداگانه به دنبال ضایعات مغزی گوناگون دچار از هم گسیختگی شوند. <b>روش</b>: آزمودنیهای‏ پژوهش را 20 نفر (8 زن، 12 مرد) از بیماران زبان‏پریش فارسی‏زبان در مراکز گفتاردرمانی شهر تهران تشکیل داده‏اند که سن‏ آنان از 33 تا 76 سال بود. گردآوری داده‏ها به کمک آزمون زبان‏پریشی فارسی انجام گردیده است. <b>یافته‏ها:</b> یافته‏های‏ توصیفی و تحلیلی بدست آمده از این پژوهش نشان می‏دهد میان توانایی بکارگیری اسم و ضایعه لوب گیجگاهی نیمکره‏ چپ مغز به سمت شکنج آنگولار و مناطق ارتباطی مغز، ارتباط معناداری وجود دارد و همین رابطه بین توانایی بکارگیری‏ فعل و ضایعه لوب پیشانی نیمکره چپ مغز نیز وجود دارد. اهمیت موضوع در تفاوت میان آسیب‏پذیری جایگاه اسم و فعل‏ می‏باشد، که نمی‏توان به سادگی از آن گذشت.</span><p></p></p><p></p> <p> <strong> Objectives </strong>: the study was designed to investigate the impairment of the ability to discriminate between nouns and verbs, resulting from the damage to the left-hemisphere, a condition which could lead to linguistic disorders proportionate to the depth and extent of the damage. Various experimental and clinical investigations have demonstrated that nouns and verbs may, independent of one another, become subject to dissociation as a consequence of various types of brain changes. <strong>Method:</strong> the subjects were 20 Persian speaking patients with aphasia (8 female and 12 males), aged 33-76, receiving treatment in speech therapy centers in Tehran. The data were collected through a Persian Aphasia Test. <strong>Findings</strong>: the descriptive and analytical research findings demonstrated a significant relationship between the ability to use nouns and the damage to the temporal lobe of the left hemisphere, near the angular gyrus and the corpus callosum. A similar relationship was found between the ability to use verbs and the damage in the frontal lobe of the left hemisphere.
