fa بررسی چگونگی وضعیت‏های مختلف کره ماه و اقدام به خودکشی‏ به طریقه مسمومیت دارویی روانپزشکی و روانشناسی Psychiatry and Psychology پژوهشي اصيل Original Research <p style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify unicode-bidi: embed DIRECTION: rtl" dir="rtl"><b><span lang="FA" style="FONT-FAMILY: "Tahoma","sans-serif" COLOR: black FONT-SIZE: 8pt">هدف:</span></b><span lang="FA" style="FONT-FAMILY: "Tahoma","sans-serif" COLOR: black FONT-SIZE: 8pt"> در بررسی حاضر چگونگی وضعیت‏های مختلف کره ماه و رویداد اقدام به خودکشی به شیوه مسمومیت‏ دارویی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. <b>روش:</b> بررسی به مدت سه سال قمری (شعبان 1416 تا شعبان 1419) بر روی‏ بیماران مراجعه‏کننده به درمانگاه اورژانس مسمومین بیمارستان امام رضا(ع) مشهد صورت گرفت. در این مطالعه 13422 مورد اقدام به خودکشی ثبت شده در دفاتر مراجعین بدون تفکیک از نظر موفقیت با عدم موفقیت (اکثریت قاطع ناموفق) و جنس (بیشتر مؤنث) مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. ثبت مراجعین در دفاتر بر مبنای تاریخ شمسی بود که به معادل قمری تبدیل‏ شد. سپس روزهای ماه قمری بر حسب چگونگی شکل ماه از نظر ناظر زمینی به چهار دوره (گروه) تقسیم شده و موارد در آن جای گرفتند (هلال و روزهای نزدیک به آن هلال تا بدر، بدر یا ماه کامل و روزهای نزدیک به آن، بدر تا هلال) داده‏های‏ بدست آمده در هر مورد با آزمون مجذور خی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل آماری قرار گرفت. <b>یافته‏ها:</b> نتایج نشان دادند که‏ بیشترین میزان مراجعین اقدام به خودکشی به شیوه مسمومیت دارویی در دوره روزهای بدر (ماه کامل) و روزهای نزدیک به‏ آن قرار دارد. توزیع فراوانی بر حسب گروههای یاد شده دارای اختلاف معنی­دار می‏باشد(05/0></span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: "Tahoma","sans-serif" COLOR: black FONT-SIZE: 8pt" dir="ltr">p</span><span dir="rtl"></span><span lang="FA" style="FONT-FAMILY: "Tahoma","sans-serif" COLOR: black FONT-SIZE: 8pt"><span dir="rtl"></span>). <p></p></span></p> <p style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><b><span style="FONT-FAMILY: "Tahoma","sans-serif" COLOR: black FONT-SIZE: 8pt">Objectives</span></b><span style="FONT-FAMILY: "Tahoma","sans-serif" COLOR: black FONT-SIZE: 8pt">: The present study was carried out to investigate the relationship between different lunar phases and the occurrence of overdose attempted suicide. <b>Method</b>: The study was carried out for a period of three lunar years (Shaban 1416 to Shaban 1419) with patients admitted to the Intoxication Emergency Clinic at Imam Reza Hospital in Mashad. In this research, 13422 cases of suicide attempts, which were recorded in the hospital files were studied. Admission dates which were originally recorded according to solar calendar, were later converted to lunar calender for the purpose of this study. Then, on the basis of lunar phases and the shape of the moon as observed from the earth, the days of lunar months were divided into four periods: the crescent-to-half moon period, the half moon-to-full moon period, the full moon to half-moon period, and the half moon-to-crescent period. The data collected for each period were analyzed through chi2. <b>Findings</b>: The result demonstrated that the highest numbers of overdose suicide attempts were made during the full moon period and the days around it.
