fa استرس شغلی و رابطه آن با سلامت روان در کارکنان بیمارستانهای شهر شیراز روانپزشکی و روانشناسی Psychiatry and Psychology پژوهشي اصيل Original Research <h5 style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify MARGIN: auto 0cm unicode-bidi: embed DIRECTION: rtl" dir="rtl"><span lang="FA" style="FONT-FAMILY: "Tahoma","sans-serif" COLOR: black"><p><font size="2"> </font></p></span></h5><p style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify unicode-bidi: embed DIRECTION: rtl" dir="rtl"><b><span lang="FA" style="FONT-FAMILY: "Tahoma","sans-serif" COLOR: black FONT-SIZE: 10pt">هدف</span></b><span lang="FA" style="FONT-FAMILY: "Tahoma","sans-serif" COLOR: black FONT-SIZE: 10pt">: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی استرس شغلی و ارتباط آن با سلامت روان در کارکنان بیمارستانهای دانشگاه علوم‏ پزشکی شهر شیراز انجام شده است. <b>روش</b>: آزمودنیهای پژوهش 397 نفر (150 نفر اداری و 247 نفر درمانی) بودند که بر پایه نمونه‏گیری تصادفی با توجه به تعداد کل کارکنان هر بیمارستان انتخاب شده و به کمک پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی و پرسشنامه رویدادهای زندگی پیکل و همکاران مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‏ها با استفاده از، آزمونهای‏ آماری </span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: "Tahoma","sans-serif" COLOR: black FONT-SIZE: 10pt" dir="ltr">t</span><span dir="rtl"></span><span lang="FA" style="FONT-FAMILY: "Tahoma","sans-serif" COLOR: black FONT-SIZE: 10pt"><span dir="rtl"></span> ضریب همبستگی و تحلیل واریانس انجام شد. <b>یافته‏ها</b>: نتایج نشان داد که میزان استرس شغلی با سلامت روان در کارکنان اداری و درمانی رابطه دارد. همچنین میان کارکنان اداری و درمانی در سلامت روان تفاوت معنی‏دار دیده شد و کارکنان درمانی از سلامت روان کمتری برخوردار بودند. سلامت روان در کارکنان مرد بیشتر از کارکنان زن بوده و میزان‏ استرس شغلی در کارکنان قراردادی بیش از سایر کارکنان که در وضعیتهای استخدامی دیگر قرار داشتند بود.<p></p></span></p> <p> <strong> Objectives </strong>: The present study was designed to investigate the possible relationship between job stress and mental health in a group of hospital employees of Shiraz University of Medical Sciences. <strong>Method</strong>: Three hundred and ninety-seven employees (150 administrative and 247 medical staff) were selected randomly through stratified random sampling. They were requested to answer the General Health Questionnaire (GHQ) and Pickle Paykel Life Inventory. <strong>Results</strong>: The findings revealed significant correlation between job stress and mental health. The medical staff showed significantly lower level of mental health when compared with office workers.
