fa اسکیزوفرنیا و شیوع ناهنجاری‌های مادرزادی خفیف Schizophrenia and Prevalence of Minor Congenital Physical Anomalies روانپزشکی و روانشناسی Psychiatry and Psychology پژوهشي اصيل Original Research چکیده<h2 dir="rtl" style="TEXT-JUSTIFY: kashida MARGIN: 0pt 28.35pt TEXT-ALIGN: justify TEXT-KASHIDA: 0%">هدف: هدف بررسی حاضر مقایسه‌ی شیوع ناهنجاری‌های مادرزادی خفیف در بیماران مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنیا و بیماران طبی بود. </h2><h2 dir="rtl" style="TEXT-JUSTIFY: kashida MARGIN: 0pt 28.35pt TEXT-ALIGN: justify TEXT-KASHIDA: 0%">روش: در این بررسی که به‌صورت مورد- گواه انجام شد 50 بیمار مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنیا، با 50 بیمار طبی از نظر شیوع ناهنجاری‌های مادرزادی مقایسه شدند. آزمودنی‌های گروه نخست را بیماران بستری در دو بیمارستان روانپزشکی تهران طی سه ماه و بیماران طبی را بیماران مراجعه‌کننده به یک درمانگاه عمومی در همان زمان در تهران تشکیل دادند که به‌تصادف انتخاب شده بودند. گردآوری داده‌ها به‌کمک معاینه‌ی بالینی، مصاحبه‌ی روانپزشکی و پرسش‌نامه انجام گردید.</h2><h2 dir="rtl" style="TEXT-JUSTIFY: kashida MARGIN: 0pt 28.35pt TEXT-ALIGN: justify TEXT-KASHIDA: 0%">یافته‌ها: در بیماران مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنیا ناهنجاری‌های مادرزادی خفیف بیشتر از آزمودنی‌های گروه گواه بود به‌طوری‌که مجموع نمره‌های به‌دست‌ آمده در این گروه 258 در برابر 143 و میانگین شمار ناهنجاری‌ها برای هر بیمار 5/5 در برابر 6/2 برای گروه گواه بود. در بیماران مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنیا ناحیه دهان (25%) و در آزمودنی‌های گروه گواه پاها (25%) دارای بیشترین ناهنجاری بود. در هر دو گروه ناهنجاری‌ چسبندگی نرمه گوش بیشترین فراوانی را داشت. انواع ناهنجاری‌ها به‌جز لاله گوش نرم و شل، در گروه بیماران مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنیا بیشتر از افراد بهنجار و شیوع ناهنجاری‌ها در هر دو گروه در مردان بیشتر از زنان بوده است.</h2><h2 dir="rtl" style="TEXT-JUSTIFY: kashida MARGIN: 0pt 28.35pt TEXT-ALIGN: justify TEXT-KASHIDA: 0%">نتیجه: شمار ناهنجاری‌های خفیف بدنی در بیماران مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنیا بیشتر از بیماران طبی مورد بررسی است.</h2> AbstractObjectives: The aim of this study was to compare the prevalence of minor physical anomalies in schizophrenic and physically ill patients. Method:This was a case-control study.50 patients with the diagnosis of schizophrenia were com- pared with 50 physically ill patients on the basis of the prevalence of congenital anomalies.Selected in a three month period, the first group was comprised of patients in two psychiatric hospitals in <place w:st="on"><city w:st="on">Tehran</city></place>. The physically ill patients were selected randomly from a general outpatient center during the same time in Tehran.Collection of data was completed by clinical examination,psychiatric interview, and a questionnaire. Findings: The rate of minor congenital anomalies in schizophrenic patients was higher than the control group.Total scores were 258 and 143 respectively for the schizophrenic and the control groups the average number of anomalies was 5.5 for each schizophrenic patient and 2.6 for each partici-pant in the control group.The most anomaly sited was the mouth area (25%) in schizophrenic pa-tients and the feet (25%) in control group.
