fa رضایت شغلی بهورزان خانه‏های بهداشت روانپزشکی و روانشناسی Psychiatry and Psychology پژوهشي اصيل Original Research <p style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify unicode-bidi: embed DIRECTION: rtl" dir="rtl"><b><span lang="FA" style="FONT-FAMILY: "Tahoma","sans-serif" COLOR: black FONT-SIZE: 10pt">هدف:</span></b><span lang="FA" style="FONT-FAMILY: "Tahoma","sans-serif" COLOR: black FONT-SIZE: 10pt"> هدف از انجام این پژوهش ارزیابی میزان رضایت شغلی بهورزان خانه‏های بهداشت شهرستان کاشان بود که‏ رضایت آنها را از هفت جنبه: (جنبه‏های محیط فیزیکی، اجتماعی، روانی، ساختار سازمانی، آموزشی، مدیریت یا سرپرستی و جنبه‏های رفاهی شغل) مورد سنجش قرار می‏داد. <b>روش:</b> آزمودنیهای پژوهش، کلیه بهورزان شاغل در خانه‏های بهداشت زیر پوشش مرکز بهداشت شهرستان کاشان بودند (43 زن و 22 مرد) که خود پرسشنامه به کار برده شده‏ در این پژوهش را تکمیل نمودند. داده‏های پژوهش به کمک روشهای آمار توصیفی و ضریب همبستگی تحلیل گردید. <b>یافته‏ها</b>: این بررسی نشان داد که در رابطه با رضایت کلی از شغل 6/41% از بهورزان از شغل خود ناراضی، 5/50% راضی و 9/8% رضایتی در حد متوسط داشتند. اکثریت بهورزان از جنبه‏های اجتماعی، روانی و آموزشی شغل خود رضایت داشتند اما از جنبه‏های محیط فیزیکی و امور رفاهی شغل خود ناراضی بودند. میزان رضایت آنها در رابطه با جنبه‏های ساختار سازمانی و مدیریت- سرپرستی در سطح متوسط بود. رضایت شغلی زنان بیشتر از مردان و مجردها بیشتر از متأهل‏ها بوده‏ است. سن بهورزان با رضایت کلی ایشان از شغل همبستگی مستقیم داشت، میان متغیرهای سابقه کار بهورزان و رضایت‏ شغلی همبستگی معنی‏داری به دست نیامد و میان متغیر میزان تحصیلات و رضایت شغلی معکوس دیده شد.<p></p></span></p> <p style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><b><span style="FONT-FAMILY: "Tahoma","sans-serif" COLOR: black FONT-SIZE: 10pt">Objective</span></b><span style="FONT-FAMILY: "Tahoma","sans-serif" COLOR: black FONT-SIZE: 10pt">: The purpose of this study is to evaluate job satisfaction and general welfare among the primary health workers (Behvarzes) in the primary health centers in Kashan. The following seven items were assessed: Physical, social, and psychological, environmental, organizational, educational, and administration structure and job facilities. <b>Method</b>: Subjects consist of 22 male and 43 female primary health workers in Kashan health centers who completed the research questionnaire by themselves. <b>Findings</b>: The findings indicated that 41,6% of these health workers were not satisfied with their jobs, 50.5% were satisfied, and 8.9% were nutural. Most of the health workers were satisfied with their social, psychological and educational aspects of their jobs, but unsatisfied with their physical environment, organizational structure, management, and job facilities. Women were more satisfied with their jobs than men, and singles were more content than married ones.
