fa گزارشی توصیفی خدمات بهداشت روانی ادغام بهداشت روان در مراقتبهای بهداشتی اولیه در منطقه ساوجبلاغ روانپزشکی و روانشناسی Psychiatry and Psychology پژوهشي اصيل Original Research <span lang="FA" style="LINE-HEIGHT: 115% FONT-FAMILY: " dir="rtl">چگونگی پیشرفت برنامه بهداشت روان در ساوجبلاغ در سالهای 1370 تا 1376 یعنی از زمان اجرای پیش پژوهش در سالهای 1371- 1370 تا ادغام بهداشت روان در مراقتبهای بهداشتی اولیه در سالهای اخیر، با تاکید بر مشکلات مربوط به گسترش بهداشت روانی در جهان و ایران بررسی اسنادی و کتابخانه­ای شده و داده­های مربوط به بیماریابی اختلالهای روانی، میزان مراجعه به مراکز بهداشتی- درمانی و برخی یافته­های آماری در جمعیت روستایی ساوجبلاغ ارائه گردیده است. این بررسی میزان همه­گیری­شناسی بیماریهای روانی را در جمعیت­ یاد شده 12 در هزار نشان می­دهد که تنها 2 در هزار از این عده به بیمارستان روانپزشکی فرستاده شده­اند. این یافته­ها نشان می­دهند که ادغام بهداشت روانی در ساوجبلاغ موفق بوده و می­تواند با تغییرات و اصلاحاتی به کار خود ادامه دهد.<br><br style="mso-special-character: line-break" ><br style="mso-special-character: line-break" ></span> <p>  The purpose of the present report is to describe the development of mental health programme in Savojbolagh district, 100 km in North West of Tehran with the emphasis on the obstacles in expansion of mental health services in other parts of the world and in Iran. Data on case findings, the number of referrals to mental health centers and other statistics among the rural population of Savojbolagh are reported. The results showed that the prevalence of mental disorders in this population was about 12 per thousand, but only 0.2% of the cases were referred to psychiatric hospital.
