fa نگاهی به بیماریهای روانی از دیدگاه فرهنگ مردم روانپزشکی و روانشناسی Psychiatry and Psychology پژوهشي اصيل Original Research <p class="a" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt" dir="rtl"><span lang="FA" style="LINE-HEIGHT: 135% FONT-FAMILY: ">دانش پزشکی در هر کشور با فرهنگ آن کشور درهم آمیخته است. این آمیختگی در رشته رواپنزشکی بیش از سایر رشته‌های پزشکی است. در این نوشتار پس ار تعریف فرهنگ، سبب شناسی و نگرش به بیماریها، باورهای عامیانه یا فرهنگ مردم درباره بیماریها مانند سردی و گرمی چشم زخم و راههای مقابله با آن و سرانجام دلایل کم اعتقادی بیماران ایرانی به روانپزشکان و چگونگی بیان و ابراز بیماریهای روانی در بیماران ایرانی مورد بحث قرار می گیرند. آشنایی دستیاران و روانپزشکان جوان کشور ما با فرهنگ کشور خود سبب افزایش اعتماد بیمار به روانپزشکان و موفقیت بیشتر درمانگر خواهد شد.</span><p></p></p><p></p> <p class="a" style="TEXT-JUSTIFY: kashida TEXT-ALIGN: justify TEXT-KASHIDA: 0% MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt unicode-bidi: embed DIRECTION: ltr"><span style="LINE-HEIGHT: 135% FONT-FAMILY: ">Medical science in any country is intermingled with folklore. This admixture is seen more in the field of psychiatry than in other fields of medicine. This article first presents the diefinitions of culture, etiology, and attitute toward illness, and then reviews the common belefs or cultrual viewpoints regraridng diseases such as cold and warm temperaments, affliction by an evil eye and methods of combatting it. Finally, the article discusses the reasons for Iranian patients' disbelief in psychiatrists, and how the patients express or evidence their psychiatric illnesses.
