fa اثربخشی درمان شناختی - رفتاری برکمال‌گرایی، تأییدطلبی و علایم افسردگی در بیماران مبتلا به اختلال درد روانپزشکی و روانشناسی Psychiatry and Psychology پژوهشي اصيل Original Research  <p class="3"><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p class="a"><span><strong>Objectives: </strong>Present research based on cognitive- behavior theory aimed to investigate the efficacy </span><span style="LETTER-SPACING: -0.05pt">of cognitive- behavior therapy </span><span style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt LETTER-SPACING: -0.05pt">(CBT)</span><span style="LETTER-SPACING: -0.05pt"> on perfectionism, need for approval, and affective, cognitive, </span>and physical symptoms of depression in pain disorder patients. <p></p></p><p class="a" style="MARGIN-TOP: 0cm"><b>Method: </b>Using single case study design, 3 female patients afflicted with pain disorder were asse-ssed on stages at pre-test, mid- test, post-test, and one month later, as follow-up by Dysfunctional Attitudes Scale (perfectionism and need for approval subscales) and Beck Depression Inventory.<p></p></p><p class="a" style="MARGIN-TOP: 0cm"><b>Findings:</b> <span style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt">CBT</span> was more efficacious in reduction of need for approval, and affective and physical symptoms of depression.<b><p></p></b></p><p class="a" style="MARGIN-TOP: 0cm"><b>Results:</b> The efficacy of <span style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt">CBT </span>on perfectionism and need for approval was varied in pain disorder. <p></p></p> درمان شناختی- رفتاری، کمال‌گرایی، تأییدطلبی، افسردگی، اختلال درد cognitive-behavior therapy, perfectionism, need for approval, depression, pain disorder 22 32 http://ijpcp.iums.ac.ir/browse.php?a_code=A-10-1-171&slc_lang=fa&sid=1 M.
