fa بررسی آگاهی، ‌نگرش و عملکرد بهورزان (1374) روانپزشکی و روانشناسی Psychiatry and Psychology پژوهشي اصيل Original Research <p class="a" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt" dir="rtl"><span lang="FA" style="LINE-HEIGHT: 135% FONT-FAMILY: "Tahoma","sans-serif" FONT-SIZE: 9pt">ارزشیابی آگاهی و نگرش بهورزان نسبت به بیماریهای روانی و میزان عملکرد آنان در ارائه خدمات بهداشت روان به عنوان بخشی از ارزشیابی سراسری برنامه ده ساله ادغام بهداشت روان در مراقبتهای بهداشتی اولیه، هدف اصلی این پژوهش است. در این بررسی آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد 266 نفر از 4254 نفر بهورز تحت پوشش طرح بهداشت روانی مشغول به کار در خانه‌های بهداشت، نسبت به یماریهای روانی،‌صرع و عقب ماندگی ذهنی،‌ مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. آزمودنی‌ها به کمک روش نمونه‌گیری چند مرحله‌ای تصادفی برگزیده شده و با کمک سه پرسشنامه آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد در زمینه آگاهی و نگرش، افراد مورد بررسی به بیش از نیمی از پرسش‌ها پاسخ درست داده‌اند. نتایج بررسی عملکرد بهورزان نشان داد که در زمینه جذب آموزش‌های ارائه شده شناسایی، ارجاع و پیگیری بیماران روانی موفق بوده‌اند. بیشترین مشکل بهورزان کشور در زمینه آموزش بهداشت روانی به مردم، پراکندگی جمعیت و مشکلات فرهنگی بوده است.</span></p> <p class="a" style="TEXT-JUSTIFY: kashida TEXT-ALIGN: justify TEXT-KASHIDA: 0% MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt unicode-bidi: embed DIRECTION: ltr"><span style="LINE-HEIGHT: 135% FONT-FAMILY: "Tahoma","sans-serif" FONT-SIZE: 9pt">The purpose of this research was to evaluate health workers knowledge about mental disorders and their performance in delivering mental health services as well as examining their attitude towards mental disorders. The study was part of a general and country wide evaluation of the integration of mental health in the PHC. In this study, the knowledge, attitude, and performance of 266 health workers (out of 4254) who were participated in the PHC mental health program toward mental disorders, epileps, and mental retardation were assessed. These workers were selected through the multiphasic random sampling method. The knowledge, attitude, and performance queationnaires specially devised for the study were used for gathering of data.<p></p></span></p><p class="a" style="TEXT-JUSTIFY: kashida TEXT-ALIGN: justify TEXT-KASHIDA: 0% MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt unicode-bidi: embed DIRECTION: ltr"><span style="LINE-HEIGHT: 135% FONT-FAMILY: "Tahoma","sans-serif" FONT-SIZE: 9pt">The results indicated that subjects responded appropiately to more than 50% of the questions on the knowledge and attitude questionnaires. The results also showed that health workers were successful in learning mental health concepts and in identifying, reffering and following up the psychiatric patients.
