fa بررسی اثرات سه دارو در درمان بیماری وسواس فکری – عملی روانپزشکی و روانشناسی Psychiatry and Psychology پژوهشي اصيل Original Research <p class="a" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt" dir="rtl"><span lang="FA" style="LINE-HEIGHT: 135% FONT-FAMILY: "Tahoma","sans-serif" FONT-SIZE: 8pt">بالابودن میزان شیوع بیماری وسواس فکری – عملی در ایارن، و مطرح بودن دارودرمانی به عنوان نخستین اقدام درمانی، نگارنده را بر آن داشت تا پژوهشی را در ارتباط با اثرات درمانی، کارایی و عوارض سه دارو: کلومیپرامین ، فلوگزتین و ترانیل سیپرومین،‌در درمان بیماری وسواس فکری – عملی به مورد اجرا بگذاریم. در این پژوهش 150 نفر (با میانگین سنی 8/29 سال) از بیماران مراجعه کننده به مطب مبتلا به اختلال یاد شده درمدت سه سال (1370 تا 1373) در تهران مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که فلوگزتین در اغلب بیماران، موثرتر از کلومیپرامین و ترانیل سیپرومین است. این تاثیر با سرعت اثر بیشتر، عوارض جانبی کمتر، زمان کوتاهتر بهبودی و اثر مساوی بر روی افکار و اعمال وسواسی همراه بود. پس از داروی یادشده، کلومیپرامین قرارداشت. ترانیل سیپرومین اثرات ناچیزی را در کنترل بیماری وسواس و اجبار نشان داد.<p></p></span></p> <p class="a" style="TEXT-JUSTIFY: kashida TEXT-ALIGN: justify TEXT-KASHIDA: 0% MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt unicode-bidi: embed DIRECTION: ltr"><span style="LINE-HEIGHT: 135% FONT-FAMILY: "Tahoma","sans-serif" FONT-SIZE: 8pt">The guiding rationale for the present study stemmed from the observations pertaining to a relatively high prevalence of obsessive compulsive disorder in Iran and the importance of psychotropic drugs in the initial treatment and management of these cases. In this context, the aim of this investigation was to compare the relative efficacy of clomipramine, fluoxetine and tranylcypromine in the symptomatic treatment of this disorder. Over a span of 3 years (1991-1994). A total number of 150 subjects were treateed by either one of the above mentioned drugs. Results indicate that fluoxetine (followed by clomipramine) was more effective in terms of speed and quality of efficacy on obsessive and compulsive symptoms and produced relatively lesser adverse side effects than tranylcypromine.
