fa کیفیت پژوهش‌های شیوع اختلال‌های روانپزشکی در ایران Quality of Studies on the Prevalence of Psychiatric Disorders in Iran روانپزشکی و روانشناسی Psychiatry and Psychology پژوهشي اصيل Original Research هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی کیفیت پژوهشهای انجام شده در زمینه شیوع اختلال‌های روانپزشکی در ایران بود. روش: پژوهش‌های انجامشده در زمینه شیوع کلی اختلال‌های روانپزشکی در جمعیت عمومی و جمعیت دانش‌آموزی بالای 15 سال ایران بر پایه جست‌وجو در بانک‌های اطلاعاتی PubMed،ISI WOS ، PsycINFO، CINAHL، Irandoc، EMBASE، IranPsych، IranMedex و SID و منابع غیرالکترونیکی مانند کتابچه‌های چکیده مقاله‌ها مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. شاخص‌های کیفیت پژوهشها در این مطالعه عبارت بودند از: توضیح دقیق پرسش‌های پژوهش، نمونهگیری تصادفی، معرفبودن نمونه پژوهش برای جامعه هدف، کاربرد روش اندازهگیری یکسان برای کل نمونه، کاربرد ابزارهای روا و پایا و تحلیل مناسب دادهها. یافته‌ها: از میان پژوهش‌های مربوط به شیوع کلی اختلال‌های روانپزشکی در کشور، تنها مواردی که نمونهگیری تصادفی داشتند (43 مورد)، در پژوهش حاضر بررسی شدند. از این تعداد، تنها در نزدیک 40 درصد پژوهش‌ها، ویژگی‌های نمونه مورد بررسی معرف ویژگی‌های جامعه هدف بود و در بیش از 25 درصد موارد، روایی و پایایی نسخه فارسی ابزارها بررسی یا گزارش نشده بود. درکل، نزدیک به یکسوم پژوهش‌ها از کیفیت مناسب (نمونهگیری تصادفی، کاربرد ابزارهای روا و پایا و نمونه معرف جامعه هدف) برخوردار بودند. نتیجه‌گیری: این پژوهش که بخشی از یک مرور نظام‌مند بود، هرچند تنها روی گروهی از پژوهش‌های شیوع اختلال‌های روانپزشکی در کشور انجام شد، نشانگر رعایتنشدن شاخص‌های مهم کیفی در بخش قابلتوجهی از پژوهش‌ها بود. پیشنهاد میشود در برنامه‌ریزیهای پژوهشی بهجای تأکید صرف بر افزایش کمی پژوهشها، سیاستهای مشخصی برای ارتقای کیفیت آنها در نظر گرفته شود. <p class="MsoNormal" style="TEXT-JUSTIFY: kashida TEXT-ALIGN: justify LINE-HEIGHT: 14pt TEXT-KASHIDA: 0% MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt unicode-bidi: embed DIRECTION: ltr mso-line-height-rule: exactly mso-layout-grid-align: none">Objectives: The aim of this research was to investigate the quality of studies on the prevalence of psychiatric disorders in Iran. Method: All studies on the prevalence of psychiatric disorders among Iraniangeneral population as well as school children over 15 were identified through searching several databases including PubMed, ISI WOS, PsychINFO, CINAHL, Irandoc, EMBASE, IranPsych, IranMedex, and Scientific Information Database as well as reference lists of the accessed documents, unpublished reports, conference proceedings and dissertations. The original studies, which contained an estimation of the prevalence of “any psychiatric disorder” (overall prevalence) among a sample of general population or high school students in the country were selected. A quality assessment checklist was developed based on the following criteria: accurate description of research questions, random sampling, representativeness of the study sample for a defined target population, using the same method of data collection for the entire sample, using valid and reliable tools, and proper analysis of the results. Results: The assessment was performed on those studies on the prevalence of any psychiatric disorder in the country that had used random sampling (43 studies). It showed that in only about 40% of the studies the sample was representative of the target population. In more than 25% of the studies, validity and reliability of the Persian translation of the instruments were not assessed or were not reported. In total, nearly a third of studies had acceptable quality (random sampling, application of valid and reliable tools, and sample representing the target population). Conclusion: Although this research - as part of a systematic review-was based only on a group of prevalence studies in psychiatric disorders, its findings indicated that a significant proportion of these studies are non-compliant with key quality measures.
