fa هنجاریابی و بررسی روایی و پایایی آزمون عصب‌روان‌شناختی نپسی در کودکان Standardization of the Neuropsychological Test of NEPSY on 3-4 Years Old Children روانپزشکی و روانشناسی Psychiatry and Psychology پژوهشي اصيل Original Research هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر هنجاریابی و بررسی روایی و پایایی فرم کودکان آزمون عصب‌روان‌شناختی نپسی روی کودکان 4-3ساله شهر اصفهان بود. روش: جامعه آماری پژوهش توصیفی حاضر، تمامی کودکان 4-3ساله شهر اصفهان بودند. 400 کودک به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشهای چندمرحلهای تصادفی انتخاب شدند. فرم کودکان آزمون عصبروانشناختی نپسی بهکار رفت و دادهها به روش آمار توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف معیار) برای تعیین روایی و پایایی، و تحلیل عاملی تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: تحلیل عاملی پنج عامل کارکردهای اجرایی/ توجه، زبان، کارکردهای حسی- حرکتی، پردازش بینایی- فضایی، حافظه و یادگیری را بهدست داد که در کل 13/51 درصد واریانس را تبیین کردند. ضریب پایایی بازآزمایی پنج عامل بهترتیب بالا 64/0، 71/0، 78/0، 67/0 و 85/0 بهدست آمد. نتیجه‌گیری: آزمون نپسی میتواند ابزاری روا و پایا برای تشخیص زودهنگام نارساییهای عصبروان‌شناختی کودکان 4-3ساله باشد. <a name="OLE_LINK4"></a><a name="OLE_LINK3">Objectives</a>: The current study aimed to standardize the neuropsychological test of NEPSY on 3-4 years old children. Method: Statistical population of the study was 3-4 years old children in Isfahan city (Iran). The research sample consisted of 400 kindergarten children who were selected randomly with multiple-stage sampling method. The research instrument was the neuropsychological test of NEPSY. The data were analyzed using descriptive method for factor analysis and determining the validity and reliability. Results: The results of factor analysis gave the following five factors: executive functions/attention, language, sensory motor functions, visuo-spatial processing, and memory and learning. Totally, 51.13% of variance was explained. The reliability coefficient for the above factors was obtained as 0.64, 0.71, 0.78, 0.67 and 0.85, respectively (P<0.001).
