fa عوامل خطر و محافظت‌کننده سوء‌مصرف مواد در دانش‌آموزان دبیرستانی Risk and Protective Factors of Drug Abuse in High School Students روانپزشکی و روانشناسی Psychiatry and Psychology پژوهشي اصيل Original Research هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی عوامل خطر و محافظتکننده سوءمصرف مواد دانشآموزان دبیرستانی انجام شد. روش: 1124 آزمودنی (573 پسر و 551 دختر) به روش نمونهگیری طبقهای و خوشه‌ای چندمرحلهای از دبیرستانهای شهر تهران انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای زمینهیابی دارو و الکل آمریکا، زمینهیابی برنامهریزی برای پیشگیری، پرسشنامه پاسخهای مقابلهای بلینگز و موس، نسخه آموزشگاهی پرسشنامه عزتنفس کوپراسمیت، پرسشنامه تجدیدنظرشده دلبستگی کولینز- رید و پرسشنامه بهر هیجانی بار- اون برای گردآوری دادهها بهکار برده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها به روش آزمون t، F، 2<span style="FONT-STYLE: normal FONT-FAMILY: Symbol FONT-SIZE: 8pt FONT-WEIGHT: normal mso-bidi-language: FA mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma mso-ascii-font-family: Tahoma mso-hansi-font-family: Tahoma mso-char-type: symbol mso-symbol-font-family: Symbol" dir="ltr">c تحلیل رگرسیون لوجستیک و آزمون نسبت بخت انجام شد. یافتهها: میان آزمودنیهای مصرفکننده و غیرمصرفکننده مواد در راهبردهای مقابلهای، عزتنفس، سبک دلبستگی، بهر هیجانی، جو خانوادگی و مصرف مواد مخدر بهوسیله پدر و مادر تفاوت معنادار وجود داشت. نسبت بخت مصرف مواد برای آزمودنیهایی که اعضای خانواده آنان مواد مصرف میکردند، نسبت به سایر آزمودنیها، در مورد پسران 11 و در مورد دختران 63/1 بود. نتیجهگیری: یکی از مهمترین دستاوردهای سالهای اخیر در حوزه نظریهپردازی و سیاستگذاری برنامههای پیشگیری از سوءمصرف مواد، تأکید بر عوامل خطر و محافظتکننده به منزله یک چارچوب توصیفی و پیشبین است. پژوهش حاضر بر عوامل خانوادگی، عزت‌نفس، بهر هیجانی و راهبرد‌های مقابلهای در این زمینه تأکید کرد. <a name="OLE_LINK4"></a><a name="OLE_LINK3">Objectives</a>: The present study aimed to investigate risk and protective factors of drug abuse among high school students. Method: The sum of 1124 high school students (573 boys and 551 girls) were selected based on the stratified random and cluster sampling from Tehran’s high schools. A number of different scales American Drug and Alcohol Survey (ADAS), Prevention Planning Survey (PPS), Blings-Moss Copying Responses (CR), Cooper-Smith Self-Esteem Inventory School Form (SEI-SF), Collins-Reed Revised Attachment Inventory (RAI), and Bar-On Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQI) were administered for data gathering. The data were analyzed using t-test, chi-square, logistic regression and odds ratio models. Results: There were significant differences between students with and without drug abuse in copying styles, self-esteem, attachment style, emotional intelligence, family atmosphere and family substance abuse. Odds ratio of drug abuse for students with family drug use for boys and girls was 11 and 1.63 times more than others respectively. Conclusion: In the recent years, the most important achievement in the areas of theorizing and policy-making for drug abuse preventive programs is to emphasis on risk and protective factors as a descriptive and predictive framework.
