fa تجربه زنان بستری در بخش روانپزشکی از روابط خانوادگی- زوجی: یک پژوهش کیفی The Experience of Couple-Family Relationship in Female Psychiatric Inpatients: Qualitative Study روانپزشکی و روانشناسی Psychiatry and Psychology پژوهشي اصيل Original Research هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف توصیف تجربه زنان بستری در بخش روانپزشکی از روابط خانوادگی- زوجی انجام شد. روش: پژوهش کیفی حاضر از روش پدیدارشناسی بهره برد. جامعه پژوهش، زنان بستری در بخش روانپزشکی بیمارستان نور اصفهان بودند. با روش نمونه‌گیری مبتنی بر هدف و تا رسیدن به حد اشباع داده‌ها، تعداد 14 نفر بررسی شدند. داده‌ها با مصاحبه غیرساختاری گردآوری و به روش هفت‌مرحله‌ای کلایزی تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها در 847 کد مفهومی و در نهایت در کدبندی سطح چهارم در دو دسته اصلی قرار گرفتند؛ (1) علل بیماری و عوامل تشدیدکننده آن (رفتار همسر، رفتار خانواده همسر، رفتار آزمودنی، عوامل متفرقه و دوران کودکی و نوجوانی) و 2) واکنش‌های آزمودنی (نسبت به رفتار همسر، نسبت به ادامه زندگی و نسبت به روابط جنسی با همسر). نتیجه‌گیری: زنان در سال‌های زندگی مشترک، تجارب منفی بسیاری را تجربه می‌کنند، که اثر ناخوشایندی بر سلامت روان دارد. توجه به این مسایل و ارایه آموزش به همسران و خانواده‌ها می‌تواند در ارتقای سلامت روانی زنان تأثیر زیادی داشته باشد. <span style="FONT-FAMILY: "B Zar" LETTER-SPACING: -0.2pt FONT-SIZE: 10.5pt mso-ansi-font-size: 9.5pt mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman' mso-ansi-language: EN-US mso-fareast-language: EN-US mso-bidi-language: AR-SA mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman' mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'" dir="rtl" lang="AR-SA"> <a name="OLE_LINK4"></a><a name="OLE_LINK3">Objectives</a>: The goal of the present study was to describe the experience of female psychiatric inpatients, of couple-family relationships. Method: The method of phenomenology was used in this qualitative study. The subjects comprised female patients hospitalized in Noor Psychiatric Hospital in Isfahan. Fourteen subjects were selected using purpose-oriented sampling, up to reaching data saturation. Data were collected using an unstructured interview and Colaizzi’s seven stage process was used for data analysis. Results: The findings were classified in 847 conceptual codes. Subsequent to the fourth level coding, the data were divided into two main groups: (1) causes of the illness and their aggravating factors (behavior of spouse, behavior of spouse’s family, behavior of subject, miscellaneous factors and childhood and adolescence period), and (2) subjects’ reactions (to the behavior of spouse, toward continuing to live and to sexual relation with spouse). Conclusion: Women experience many negative events in their marital life, with undesired effects on mental health.
