fa پراکندگی جغرافیایی نیروی انسانی در سامانه ارایه خدمات سلامت روان در سال 1386 Geographical Distribution of Human Resources in Mental Health Provision System in 2007 روانپزشکی و روانشناسی Psychiatry and Psychology پژوهشي اصيل Original Research <a name="OLE_LINK15"></a><a name="OLE_LINK14">هدف</a>: بررسی حاضر با هدف ارایه نقشه جغرافیایی و وضعیت پراکندگی شاخصهای مربوط به پراکندگی نیروی انسانیِ سامانه ارایه خدمات روان در ایران، به تفکیک مناطق زیرپوشش دانشگاههای علوم‌‌پزشکی انجام شد. روش: این بررسی با بهکارگیری دادههای موجود از گزارشهای سامانه سلامت روان در سال 1386 انجام شد. پس از تنظیم شاخصها، دادهها بهکمک نرمافزار Arc GIS 9.2 به صورت توصیفی و نمودار درونیاب نمایش داده شد. همچنین میزان هر یک از شاخصهای بررسیشده، کمینه و بیشینه و انحرافمعیار هر یک از شاخصها در مناطق گوناگون گزارش شد. یافتهها: در سال 1386 میانگین کشوری هفت شاخص جمعیت زیرپوشش به کل جمعیت کشور، جمعیت زیرپوشش شهری به کل جمعیت شهری، جمعیت زیرپوشش روستایی به کل جمعیت روستایی، نسبت خانههای بهداشت زیرپوشش به کل خانههای بهداشت، نسبت مراکز بهداشتی- درمانی روستایی زیرپوشش به کل موارد موجود، نسبت مراکز بهداشتی- درمانی شهری زیرپوشش به کل موارد موجود و نسبت پایگاههای بهداشتی زیرپوشش به کل موارد موجود بهترتیب 8/54%، 9/36%، 2/96%، 5/97%، 1/97%، 4/50%، 4/41% بود. تعداد افراد ارایهدهنده خدمات بهداشت روان در کشور به تفکیک عبارت بود از: 29282 بهورز، 6529 کاردان بهداشت، 4595 پزشک عمومی دورهدیده، 61877 رابط بهداشت، 692 روان‌پزشک، 27 روان‌پزشک کودک، 126 دکتر روانشناس (56 نفر بالینی و 70 نفر دیگر شاخهها)، 652 کارشناسارشد روانشناسی (183 نفر بالینی و 469 نفر دیگر شاخهها)، 651 مددکار اجتماعی و 214 روان‌پرستار. نتیجه‌گیری: پراکندگی تخصصی نیروی انسانی در سامانه سلامت روان کشور خوب است، ولی در پراکندگی نیروی انسانی متخصص نسبت به جمعیت زیرپوشش توازن وجود ندارد. <a name="OLE_LINK4"></a><a name="OLE_LINK3">Objectives</a>: The present research was carried out with the aim of providing a geographical map and the distribution of indices related to the distribution of human resources in the mental health system in Iran according to regions covered by different medical universities. Method: This study was carried out using the data present in mental health system reports in the year 2007. Subsequent to the adjustment of indices, data were presented by drawing descriptive and interpolated maps using Arc GIS 9.2. Also, the amount of each evaluated index, minimum, maximum and standard deviation of each index in different areas were reported. Results: In 2007 the nationwide means of covered population to total population of the country, covered urban population to total urban population, covered rural population to total rural population, proportion of covered health centers, to total health centers, proportion of covered health and treatment rural centers to the total, proportion of covered urban health and treatment centers to the total, and the proportion of covered health headquarters to the total were 54.8%, 36.9%, 96.2%, 97.5%, 97.1%, 50.4%, and 41.4% respectively. The individuals providing mental health services comprised: 29282 assistants in nursing, 6529 health workers, 4595 trained general practitioners, 61877 health messengers, 692 psychiatrists, 27 child psychiatrists, 126 psychologists (56 clinical, 70 other ), 652 professionals with master’s degree in psychology (183 clinical, 469 other), 651 social workers, and 214 psychiatric nurses.
