fa مروری بر برنامه‌های آموزش روانپزشکی جامعه‌نگر برای دستیاران روانپزشکی در کشورهای مختلف Community Psychiatry Residency Training Programs across the Globe: A Review روانپزشکی و روانشناسی Psychiatry and Psychology مروري Rewie هدف: پیرو تصویب اهداف و ضوابط برنامه چهارساله دستیاری روانپزشکی، آموزش روانپزشکی جامعهنگر بهعنوان یکی از دورههای اصلی دستیاری روانپزشکی درآمده است. از آنجا که آگاهی از برنامه‌های آموزش روانپزشکی جامعهنگر در کشورهای دیگر میتواند به برنامهریزی بهتر آموزش این دوره در کشور ما کمک کند، مرور حاضر با هدف بررسی برنامههای این دوره آموزشی برای دستیاران روانپزشکی در کشورهای مختلف انجام شد. روش: برای بررسی برنامه‌های موجود، جستجوی مفصلی در بانکهای اطلاعاتی با استفاده از کلید واژههای مرتبط مانند residency و community و psychiatry انجام شد. همچنین برنامه های دستیاری روانپزشکی دانشگاههای کشورهای مختلف بررسی شد. یافته‌‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: در مجموع به نظر می‌رسد آموزش عملی برنامههای روانپزشکی جامعهنگر بسیار متنوع است، چه در نوع آموزشهای عملی، چه در مدت و زمان ارائه آن؛ و این تنوع تا حد زیادی وابسته است به نیازها و نیز خدمات جامعهنگر موجود در هر دانشگاه و کشور. با این حال و به رغم تفاوتها، اشتراکاتی هم در اغلب برنامهها وجود دارد، از جمله اینکه در اکثر برنامهها دروس نظری مدونی نیز برنامهریزی شده، دستیاران در ارائه خدمات مبتنی بر جامعه (مانند خدمات مراکز سلامت روان جامعهنگر و ویزیت در منزل) مشارکت فعال دارند، و ارائه خدمات به صورت تیمی با همکاری دیگر کارکنان بهداشتی و درمانی یک اصل است. <a name="OLE_LINK4"></a><a name="OLE_LINK3">Objectives</a>: Following the approval of the standards for the four-year psychiatry residency curriculum in Iran, training in community psychiatry is now considered as an obligatory 3-month course. Gathering information about the community psychiatry residency programs in other countries could help us in planning and development of an Iranian program. The aim of the current study was to review the programs in different countries. Method: A comprehensive search was performed in various databases using specific keywords such as “residency”, “community”, and “psychiatry”. Moreover, the published training programs of the universities in different countries were obtained. Results and Conclusion: Training varies considerably across different university departments both in the content and methods of the training and duration of the courses. This variation may be due to different needs and/or available community settings.
