fa رابطه ویژگی‌‌های وسواس فکری- عملی و الگوهای شخصیت اسکیزوتایپی در بین دانشجویان The Relationship between Obsessive Compulsive and Schizotypal Personality Features among University Students روانپزشکی و روانشناسی Psychiatry and Psychology علمي كوتاه Short Scientific هدف: رابطه وسواس فکری – عملی و شخصیت اسکیزوتایپی اخیراًً مورد علاقه محققین قرار گرفته است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی رابطه فوق در نمونه‌‌های غیربالینی بود. روش: در این پژوهش همبستگی، 262 نفر به روش نمونه‌‌گیری تصادفی انتخاب و مورد آزمون قرار گرفتند. شرکت‌کننده‌‌ها به فرم الف مقیاس صفات اسکیزوتایپی (STA) و پرسش‌نامه پادوا (PI) پاسخ دادند. یافته‌‌ها: وسواس فکری- عملی و صفات اسکیزوتایپی در جمعیت غیربالینی، همبستگی متقابلی با یکدیگر نشان دادند. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیونی چندمتغیره نشان داد از بین مؤلفه‌‌های سه‌‌گانه شخصیت اسکیزوتایپی، مؤلفه‌‌های سوءظن پارانوئید / اضطراب اجتماعی و هم‌چنین تجارب ادراکی غیرمعمول، بیشترین رابطه را با وسواس فکری- عملی دارند. از بین مؤلفه‌‌‌های چهارگانه وسواس فکری- عملی، مؤلفه‌‌های عدم کنترل بر فعالیت‌های ذهنی و آلودگی دارای قدرت پیش‌‌بینی شخصیت اسکیزوتایپی بودند. نتیجه‌‌گیری: به‌نظر می‌‌رسد مؤلفه‌‌های مشترکی بین ویژگی‌‌های وسواسی و اسکیزوتایپی وجود دارد. این یافته‌‌ها در راستای پژوهش‌های پیشین با نمونه‌‌های بالینی و بر اساس فرضیه طیف اضطراب- روان‌‌گسستگی تفسیر گردید. <a name="OLE_LINK4"></a><a name="OLE_LINK3">Objectives</a>: Recent interest has focused on the relationship between schizotypy and OCD. The present study explored the possibility that schizotypal and obsessive compulsive features are significantly related together among non-clinical samples. Method: In this correlational study, 262 individuals were randomly selected and examined. Participants completed the Schizotypal Trait questionnaire A form (STA) and Padua Inventory (PI). Results: Positive correlations were found between schizotypal personality and obsessive compulsive features. Using the multivariate regression analysis model, results indicated that two components of schizotypal personality, namely unusual perceptual experiences and paranoid suspiciousness/ social anxiety factors, have the strongest associations with obsessive compulsive scores. Also, among the four obsessive compulsive factors, lack of control over mental processes and contamination, significantly predicted schizotypal personality. Conclusion: Some common factors seem to be present between obsessive and schizotypal factors.
