fa مقایسه‌ی سلامت روانی مادران کودکان دچار اختلال روانپزشکی با گروه گواه روانپزشکی و روانشناسی Psychiatry and Psychology پژوهشي اصيل Original Research  <p class="a" dir="rtl" style="LINE-HEIGHT: 21pt mso-line-height-rule: exactly"><span lang="AR-SA" style="FONT-WEIGHT: normal FONT-STYLE: normal FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma mso-bidi-font-size: 9.0pt"></span></p><p class="a" dir="rtl" style="LINE-HEIGHT: 21pt mso-line-height-rule: exactly"><span lang="AR-SA" style="FONT-WEIGHT: normal FONT-STYLE: normal FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma mso-bidi-font-size: 9.0pt"><strong>هدف: </strong>در این پژوهش سلامت روانی مادران دارای کودکان دچار اختلال روانپزشکی با سلامت روانی مادران کودکان بدون شکایت روان شناختی مقایسه شده است. <p></p></span></p><p class="a" dir="rtl" style="LINE-HEIGHT: 21pt mso-line-height-rule: exactly"><span lang="AR-SA" style="FONT-WEIGHT: normal FONT-STYLE: normal FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma mso-bidi-font-size: 9.0pt"><strong>روش: </strong>با بهره‌گیری از روش نمونه گیری در دسترس 57 نفر از مادران کودکان دچار اختلال روانپزشکی و 56 نفر از مادران کودکان بدون شکایت روان شناختی انتخاب و از نظر برخی متغیرهای جمعیت شناختی با یکدیگر همتاسازی شدند</span><span dir="ltr"></span><span dir="ltr" style="FONT-WEIGHT: normal FONT-STYLE: normal FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma mso-bidi-font-size: 9.0pt"><span dir="ltr"></span>.</span><span dir="rtl"></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="FONT-WEIGHT: normal FONT-STYLE: normal FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma mso-bidi-font-size: 9.0pt"><span dir="rtl"></span> برای گردآوری داده‌ها پرسش‌نامه‌ی 28 سؤالی سلامت عمومی به‌کار برده شد و تحلیل داده‌ها به‌کمک تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره انجام شد.<p></p></span></p><p class="a" dir="rtl" style="LINE-HEIGHT: 21pt mso-line-height-rule: exactly"><span lang="AR-SA" style="FONT-WEIGHT: normal FONT-STYLE: normal FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma mso-bidi-font-size: 9.0pt"><strong>یافته‌ها: </strong>نتایج نشان داد که میانگین نمرات مادران کودکان دچار اختلال روانپزشکی در خرده آزمون‌های نشانگان جسمانی، نشانگان اضطرابی، کارکرد اجتماعی و نشانگان افسردگی بیشتر از میانگین نمرات مادران کودکان بدون شکایت روان شناختی است و این تفاوت در نشانگان اضطرابی بیشتر می‌باشد. <p></p></span></p><p class="a" dir="rtl" style="LINE-HEIGHT: 21pt mso-line-height-rule: exactly"><span lang="AR-SA" style="FONT-WEIGHT: normal FONT-STYLE: normal FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma mso-bidi-font-size: 9.0pt"><strong>نتیجه: </strong>مادران کودکان دچار اختلال روانپزشکی در مقایسه با مادران کودکان بدون شکایت روان شناختی از افسردگی و اضطراب بیشتر و کارکرد اجتماعی و سلامت جسمانی پایین تری برخوردارند.</span><span dir="ltr" style="FONT-WEIGHT: normal FONT-STYLE: normal FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma mso-bidi-font-size: 9.0pt"><p></p></span></p><p class="a" dir="rtl" style="LINE-HEIGHT: 21pt mso-line-height-rule: exactly"><span lang="AR-SA" style="FONT-WEIGHT: normal FONT-STYLE: normal FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma mso-bidi-font-size: 9.0pt"><p> </p></span></p>  <p class="MsoNormal" style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><b><span style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt">Abstract</span></b></p><p class="a"><b><span style="LETTER-SPACING: 0.1pt">Objectives: </span></b><span style="LETTER-SPACING: 0.1pt">In this project, the mental health status of mothers with children afflicted with psy-</span><span style="LETTER-SPACING: -0.05pt">chiatric disorders was compared with that of the mothers of children without psychological comp-</span> laints. </p><p class="a" style="MARGIN-TOP: 0cm"><b><span style="LETTER-SPACING: 0.1pt">Method: </span></b><span style="LETTER-SPACING: 0.1pt">57 mothers of children afflicted with psychiatric disorders and 56 mothers of children </span><span style="LETTER-SPACING: -0.1pt">without psychological <span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>complaints were selected as the subjects of the study via available sampling.</span> <span style="LETTER-SPACING: -0.2pt">The subjects from <span style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </span>the two groups were matched in terms of some demographic variables. To collect </span>data the 28-question version of General Health Questionnaire was<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">  </span>used.
