fa نگرش دانشجویان پسر دانشگاه‌های شهر کرمان نسبت به سیگار Attitude of Kerman Universities Male Students toward Cigarettes روانپزشکی و روانشناسی Psychiatry and Psychology پژوهشي اصيل Original Research هدف: در این پژوهش که از نوع توصیفی- مقطعی است، نگرش دانشجویان پسر دانشگاه‌های شهر کرمان نسبت به سیگار و ارتباط آن با متغیرهای جمعیت‌شناختی، اجتماعی و خانوادگی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است.روش: از 558 دانشجوی پسر دانشگاه‌های شهر کرمان که به‌صورت خوشه‌ای- تصادفی انتخاب شده بودند،460 نفر به پرسش‌نامه‌ها پاسخ کامل دادند و مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. داده‌های پژوهش به کمک یک پرسش‌نامه‌ی پژوهشگر ساخته گردآوری شد و با بهر‌ه‌گیری از روش‌های آمار توصیفی و آزمون آماری کروسکال- والیس تحلیل گردید. یافته‌ها: نمرا ت نگرشی از 29 تا 117 و میانگین نمرات هر یک از عبارت‌های نگرشی از 7/0 تا 5/1 در نوسان بودند. از میان 29 عبارت نگرشی، بیشترین میانگین نمره (43/3) مربوط به عبارت ”سهولت دستیابی به سیگار مجوزی برای سیگار کشیدن است“ بود. پس از آن به‌ترتیب عبارت‌های ”بسیاری از عوارض سیگار در افراد غیرسیگاری هم وجود دارد“ (41/3)، و ”به‌جای منع سیگار بهتر است در جهت کم‌کردن مضرات آن تلاش کرد“ (65/2) قرار داشتند. این بررسی تفاوت معنی‌داری در زمینه‌ی متغیر مقطع تحصیلی، خرید سیگار برای والدین، و باور به زیان‌بار بودن سیگار برای تندرستی نشان داد. هم‌چنین در زمینه‌ی متغیر شغل پدر، تحصیلات پدر، تحصیلات مادر و سیگارکشیدن مادر تفاوت معنی‌دار میان آزمودنی‌های پژوهش دیده نشد. متغیرهای سیگار کشیدن دوست و تشویق دوستان به سیگار کشیدن نیز تفاوت آماری معنی‌دار نشان دادند. در زمینه‌ی دانشگاه محل تحصیل، سن، شغل مادر، سیگار کشیدن پدر، سیگارکشیدن خواهر یا برادر، تعداد استادانی که سیگار می‌کشند، سن کشیدن و محل دود کردن نخستین سیگار و دلایل سیگار کشیدن تفاوت معنی‌دار دیده نشد.نتیجه: بین برخی ویژگی‌های جمعیت‌شناختی دانشجویان و نگرش آنان نسبت به کشیدن سیگار ارتباط وجود دارد. Abstract Objectives: In this descriptive cross-sectional study, the attitude of <city><place>Kerman</place></city> universities male students toward cigarettes and its relation to their demographic, social, and family variables were evaluated. Method: 558 male students of <city><place>Kerman</place></city> universities were selected through random-cluster samp-ling and 460 of them who responded completely to the questionnaires were evaluated. Data were collected via an researcher-constructed questionnaire and then analyzed by descriptive-statistical methods and Kruskal-Wallis statistical test. Findings: The assessed attitude scores ranged between 29 and 117. The mean scores per attitude statement fluctuated between 0.7 and 1.5. Amongst the 29 attitude statements, the highest mean score (3.43) was related to the statement “Easy access to cigarettes is a reason for smoking”. After that, the following statements placed second and third respectively: “Non-smokers too experience much of harmful consequences of cigarette smoking” (3.41) and "Rather than prohibiting cigarettes, it is better to reduce its harmful effects” (2.65). This appraisal yielded a significant difference bet-ween the respondents in the variables: level of education, purchasing cigarettes for parents, and believing in harmfulness of cigarettes to health. There was not a significant difference observed in the variables: father’s occupation, father’s level of education, mother’s level of education, and mother’s smoking. The variables “friend’s smoking” and “friends encouraging to smoke” too indi- cated significant statistical difference. There was not a significant difference found regarding the place of education (university), age, mother’s occupation, father’s smoking, siblings’ smoking, the number of smoking professors, age and place of smoking the first cigarette, and reasons for smoking.
