fa دیدگاه‌های روانپزشکان شهر تهران درباره‌ی قوانین بهداشت روان در ایران روانپزشکی و روانشناسی Psychiatry and Psychology پژوهشي اصيل Original Research  <p class="chekide" dir="rtl"><span lang="AR-SA" style="FONT-WEIGHT: normal FONT-SIZE: 9pt FONT-STYLE: normal FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma"><strong>هدف: </strong>این پژوهش با هدف ارزیابی دیدگاه روانپزشکان شهر تهران نسبت به قوانین موجود بهداشت روان اجرا شده است. <p></p></span></p><p class="chekide" dir="rtl"><span lang="AR-SA" style="FONT-WEIGHT: normal FONT-SIZE: 9pt FONT-STYLE: normal FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma"><strong>روش: </strong>پرسش‌نامه‌ای برای 312 نفر از روانپزشکانی که در شهر تهران مشغول به کار بودند، به‌صورت پستی و حضوری فرستاده شد که 160 نفر به آن پاسخ دادند. داده‌ها به‌کمک روش‌های آمار توصیفی تحلیل گردید. <p></p></span></p><p class="chekide" dir="rtl"><span lang="AR-SA" style="FONT-WEIGHT: normal FONT-SIZE: 9pt FONT-STYLE: normal FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma"><strong>یافته‌ها: </strong>داده‌ها در گروه‌های سنی زیر 40 سال و بالای 40 سال و نیز گروه‌های زنان و مردان مورد آزمون قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها نشان داد که نزدیک به 20% از روانپزشکان از قوانین موجود آگاهی ندارند، بیش از 75 % آنان با مشکلات قانونی در طی حرفه‌ی خویش روبه‌رو شده‌اند و بیش از 70 % آنان قوانین موجود را نارسا می‌‌دانند. این بررسی نشان داد که زنان روانپزشک 12% بیشتر از مردان روانپزشک مشکلات قانونی در حرفه‌ی خویش داشته‌اند. 78% روانپزشکان بر این باورند که استانداردهایی برای مراقبت از بیماران روانی وجود ندارد و نزدیک به 69% بر این باور بوده‌اند که دستگاه قضایی برای حمایت از روانپزشکان، قانونی پیش‌بینی نکرده است. 62% آزمودنی‌ها قوانین موجود را در زمینه‌ی امور بستری و ترخیص بیماران روانی نارسا می‌دانند.<p></p></span></p><p class="chekide" dir="rtl"><span lang="AR-SA" style="FONT-WEIGHT: normal FONT-SIZE: 9pt FONT-STYLE: normal FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma"><strong>نتیجه: </strong>قوانین مربوط به بهداشت روانی کشور از دیدگاه روانپزشکان دارای نارسایی هستند.<p></p></span></p><p class="MsoBlockText" dir="rtl"><span lang="AR-SA" style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt COLOR: windowtext FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma"><p> </p></span></p>  <p class="3">Abstract</p><p class="a" style="TEXT-JUSTIFY: kashida TEXT-ALIGN: justify TEXT-KASHIDA: 0%"><b><span style="LETTER-SPACING: -0.15pt">Objectives: </span></b><span style="LETTER-SPACING: -0.15pt">The aim of this project was to appraise the perspectives of </span><city><place><span style="LETTER-SPACING: -0.15pt">Tehran</span></place></city><span style="LETTER-SPACING: -0.15pt"> psychiatrists on exist- </span>ing mental health laws. </p><p class="a" style="MARGIN-TOP: 0cm TEXT-JUSTIFY: kashida TEXT-ALIGN: justify TEXT-KASHIDA: 0%"><b><span style="LETTER-SPACING: -0.1pt">Method:</span></b><span style="LETTER-SPACING: -0.1pt"> A questionnaire was provided either via mail or in person to 312 psychiatrists working in</span> <city><place>Tehran</place></city> 160 of them responded. Data were analyzed by descriptive-statistical methods.<b><p></p></b></p><p class="a" style="MARGIN-TOP: 0cm"><b><span style="LETTER-SPACING: 0.05pt">Findings:</span></b><span style="LETTER-SPACING: 0.05pt"> Data obtained from the age groups of under and over 40 years old as well as male and </span>female groups were studied. 20% of psychiatrists are not aware of the existing laws over 75% of them have encountered legal difficulties during their profession more than 70% of them acknow-ledged that the existing laws are insufficient.
