fa پیش‌بینی فرار دختران با استفاده از مدل پنج عامل بزرگ شخصیت Predicting Girls’ Runaway from Home Using the Big Five Factor Model of Personality روانپزشکی و روانشناسی Psychiatry and Psychology پژوهشي اصيل Original Research هدف: این پژوهش با هدف پیش‌بینی فرار دختران با استفاده از پنج عامل بزرگ شخصیت انجام شد. روش: در این پژوهش پس‌رویدادی، 37 نفر از دختران فراری که در مدت اجرای پژوهش توسط سازمان‌های مرتبط دستگیر و یا نگهداری می‌شدند، از طریق نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. با توجه به میانگین سنی دختران فراری، تعداد 37 نفر از دختران مجرد ساکن یکی از محلات شهر شیراز که از نظر وضعیت اجتماعی- اقتصادی جزء مناطق متوسط رو به پایین محسوب می‌گردید، به‌عنوان گروه همتا انتخاب شدند. پرسش‌نامه‌ پنج عامل بزرگ شخصیت به‌همراه برخی پرسش‌ها جهت سنجش متغیرهای جمعیت‌شناختی بر روی آزمودنی‌ها اجرا گردید. یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون لجستیک سلسله‌‌مراتبی حاکی از آن بود که از بین ویژگی‌های شخصیتی تنها بعد روان‌نژندی قادر به پیش‌بینی فرار دختران بود. با افزایش میزان روان‌نژندی، احتمال فرار دختران افزایش می‌یافت. افزون بر این، تعامل منزلت شغلی پدر و وظیفه‌مداری دختران معنی‌دار بود(05/0p<)؛ به‌عبارت دیگر با افزایش وظیفه‌مداری، در سطوح بالای منزلت شغلی پدر، احتمال فرار دختران کاهش می‌یافت؛ در حالی‌که رابطه‌ بعد وظیفه‌مداری با کاهش فرار دختران در سطوح پایین منزلت شغلی ناچیز بود. نتیجه‌گیری: پنج عامل بزرگ شخصیت پیش‌بینی‌کننده‌ قدرتمندی برای فرار دختران نیست. به‌نظر می‌رسد استفاده از پرسش‌نامه‌های شخصیتی اختصاصی‌تر و توجه به تعامل ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و عوامل محیطی، امکان پیش‌بینی فرار دختران را بر اساس ویژگی‌های شخصیتی افزایش دهد. هم‌چنین به‌نظر می‌رسد عوامل فردی، در طبقات اجتماعی- اقتصادی بالا در مقایسه با طبقات اجتماعی اقتصادی پایین بر فرار دختران مؤثرتر است. AbstractObjectives: The aim of this study was to predict girls’ runaway from home using the five factor model of personality. Method: In a retrospective study, 37 runaway girls who were incarcerated and kept by relevant organizations, were selected using convenience sampling. Considering the mean age of the runaway girls, 37 single females residing in middle to low socioeconomic neigh-borhood in <city w:st="on"><place w:st="on">Shiraz</place></city>, were selected as the control group. The Big Five Personality Inventory along with a number of questions for acquiring demographic information were administered to the parti-cipants. Results: Hierarchical logistic regression indicated that only neuroticism could significantly predict the runaway of girls and the level of neuroticism had a positive correlation with runaway. In addition the interaction between fathers’ jobs and conscientiousness in girls was significant (p<0.05) in other words, an increase in conscientiousness along with the high job status of father reduced the risk of runaway. However, the relationship of conscientiousness with a reduction in runaway was insignificant in lower job status. Conclusion: Big Five personality traits are not powerful predictors of girls’ running away. It seems that using more specific personality scales and attention to interaction between personality and environmental factors could improve the power of predicting girls’ runaway based on their personality characteristics.
