fa روند خودکشی دانشجویان در فاصله سال‌های 1382 و 1387 روانپزشکی و روانشناسی Psychiatry and Psychology پژوهشي اصيل Original Research <p style="LINE-HEIGHT: 17pt MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt mso-line-height-rule: exactly" dir="rtl" class="a"><strong><u><span style="FONT-STYLE: normal FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma FONT-SIZE: 8pt" lang="AR-SA">هدف</span></u><span style="FONT-STYLE: normal FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma FONT-SIZE: 8pt" lang="AR-SA">:</span></strong><span style="FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma FONT-SIZE: 8pt FONT-WEIGHT: normal" lang="AR-SA"><em> مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی خودکشی دانشجویان بر حسب جنس، سن، فصل و ماه، مکان و روش خودکشی و نیز تعیین زمان دقیق خودکشی، مصرف مواد، سابقه بیماری روانپزشکی، سابقه اقدام به خودکشی و خودزنی، رشته تحصیلی، و سابقه اقدام به خودکشی و خودکشی کامل در بین دوستان و بستگان انجام شد. </em></span><strong><u><span style="FONT-STYLE: normal FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma FONT-SIZE: 8pt" lang="AR-SA">روش</span></u><span style="FONT-STYLE: normal FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma FONT-SIZE: 8pt" lang="AR-SA">:</span></strong><span style="FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma FONT-SIZE: 8pt FONT-WEIGHT: normal" lang="AR-SA"><em> مطالعه حاضر از نوع توصیفی و نمونه پژوهش شامل کلیه موارد خودکشی ارجاع داده شده به پزشکی قانونی بود. اطلاعات در دو مرحله گذشته‌نگر و آینده­نگر به‌صورت بررسی پرونده­های ­دانشجویان و مصاحبه با خانواده­ها جمع­آ­وری شد. </em></span><strong><u><span style="FONT-STYLE: normal FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma FONT-SIZE: 8pt" lang="AR-SA">یافته­ها</span></u><span style="FONT-STYLE: normal FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma FONT-SIZE: 8pt" lang="AR-SA">:</span></strong><span style="FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma FONT-SIZE: 8pt FONT-WEIGHT: normal" lang="AR-SA"><em> در بازه زمانی سال‌های 1382 و 1387 مجموعاً 337 مورد خودکشی و بیشتر در فصل تابستان و محل سکونت فرد رخ داد. حلق­آویزی بالاترین و بریدن عروق حیاتی کمترین فراوانی را دارا بودند. در مصاحبه با خانواده­ها مشخص شد که دانشجویان مرد، شهری، 22 ساله، مجرد، رشته­ علوم انسانی، سال دوم و دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی بیشتر خودکشی کرده‌‌اند. بیشتر خودکشی­ها طی روز و در روزهای شنبه، یکشنبه و جمعه و زمان امتحانات و تعطیلات بین دو ترم تحصیلی انجام گرفت. </em></span><strong><u><span style="FONT-STYLE: normal FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma FONT-SIZE: 8pt" lang="AR-SA">نتیجه­گیری</span></u><span style="FONT-STYLE: normal FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma FONT-SIZE: 8pt" lang="AR-SA">:</span></strong><span style="FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma FONT-SIZE: 8pt FONT-WEIGHT: normal" lang="AR-SA"><em> نتایج این تحقیق می­تواند به یافتن زمینه­های وقوع خودکشی در میان دانشجویان کمک نماید و راهکارهایی را برای پیش‌گیری و کاهش نرخ خودکشی در کشور پیشنهاد کند.<p></p></em></span></p> <p> <strong> Abstract </strong></p><p> <strong><u> Objectives </u></strong><strong>: </strong>The present study was carried out to investigate suicide among students based on the variables of sex, age, season and month, location and method of suicide. The exact time of suicide, drug use, history of psychiatric disorders, history of suicide attempt and self mutilation, field of education, and history of either attempting or committing suicide among friends and relatives were also considered. <strong><u>Method</u>:</strong> This research was a descriptive study, and the study sample comprised all suicide cases referred to the legal medicine organization. Data were collected during one retrospective and one prospective stage by assessing the students’ profiles and interviewing their family members. <strong><u>Results</u>:</strong> During the timeline between 2003 and 2008 the sum of 337 cases of suicide were committed, most of them had occurred in the summer and at the victims’ homes. Hanging and bleeding had the highest and the lowest prevalence among suicide methods respectively. Interview results showed that most of the suicide victims were males, city dwellers, 22- years-olds, single, students of human sciences, sophomores, and students of Islamic Azad University.
