Iranian Journal of Psychiatry & Clinical Psychology (IJPCP) is owned and published by Iran University of Medical Sciences. Our philosophy in Iranian Journal of Psychiatry & Clinical Psychology is that all research is for the benefit of humankind and research is the product of an investment by society and therefore its fruits should be returned to all people without borders or discrimination, serving society universally and in a transparent fashion. That is why Iranian Journal of Psychiatry & Clinical Psychology provides online free and open access to all of its research publications. So, all the publishing costs have been supported by Iran University of Medical Sciences, therefore, authors may publish their manuscripts and audiences can download and share the articles, freely.

Under  Bethesda Statement on Open Access Publishing (June 20, 2003), Iranian Journal of Psychiatry & Clinical Psychology is fully compliant with open access mandates, by publishing its articles under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial licence (CC-BY-NC). Authors retain copyright of their work and can deposit their publication in any repository. This means that articles can be freely redistributed and reused by the author and others as long as the article is properly cited. Published articles in Iranian Journal of Psychiatry & Clinical Psychology can be deposited immediately into an online repository or social network without any cost. Iranian Journal of Psychiatry & Clinical Psychology articles can be emailed to colleagues, printed, archived in a collection, included in course-packs, and distributed without restrictions.
