Publication in IJPCP is subject to payment of Article Processing Charge (APC).
The APC is payable only if your article is accepted after peer review, before it is published. 
The APC for this journal is 19,000,000 Iranian Rial for Iranian authors and 300 Dollar for international contributors per an accepted article.
