Method: A total of 150 students from Tehran University of Medical Sciences with no previous or present history of any major psychiatric illness were selected through convenient sampling method in this cross-sectional descriptive study and assessed by Peters Delusions Inventory (PDI) and General Health Questionnaire (GHQ). Data were then analyzed using Spearman’s correlation coefficient, Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test, and Mann-Whitney Test. Results: This study revealed that on average, subjects reported 9.38 psychotic-like ideations (range: 0-28).
