اهداف هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر راهبردهای تنظیم هیجان ارزیابی شناختی و سرکوبگری هیجانی بر واکنشهای عصبی خودکار بر اساس ابعاد حساسیت پردازش حسی بالا و حساسیت پردازش حسی پایین در دانشجویان بود.
مواد و روشها به این منظور، ابتدا 500 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه بوعلی سینای همدان از طریق نمونهگیری طبقهای از دانشکدهها انتخاب شدند.پس از تحلیل نتایج اولیه 45 نفر از آنان بر اساس نمرات انتهایی توزیع (Z استاندارد) در مقیاس حساسیت پردازش حسی انتخاب شدند و در نهایت به منظور آزمون فرضیههای پژوهش، شرکتکنندگان برای سنجش واکنشهای عصبی خودکار تحت شرایط مشاهده معمولی، ارزیابی شناختی و سرکوبگری هیجانی مطالعه شدند. برای بررسی نتایج پژوهش، دادهها پس از جمعآوری با استفاده از نرم افزار spss22 و آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره، کوواریانس تکمتغیره و آزمون­های تعقیبی تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها نتایج نشان داد که بین سه گروه آزمودنی بر اساس ابعاد تنظیم هیجان و حساسیت پردازش حسی تفاوت معناداری در ابعاد واکنشهای عصبی خودکار وجود دارد؛ گروه با حساسیت پردازش حسی بالا (HSP) میزان ضربان قلب بالاتر و فشار خون سیستولیک بیشتری داشتند.در حالت مشاهده معمولی، سرکوبگری و ارزیابی شناختی، میزان فشار دیاستولیک در مقایسه با حالت پایه پایینتر بود. سرکوبگری و ارزیابی شناختی در مقایسه با مشاهده معمولی کاهش فشار دیاستولیک را در پی داشت و نیز نشاندهنده میزان بالاتر ضربان قلب در حالات پایه در مقایسه با مشاهده معمولی بود
نتیجهگیری استفاده از ارزیابی شناختی و سرکوبگری در مقایسه با حالت مشاهده معمولی موجب افزایش ضربان قلب شد. بنابراین ارزیابی شناختی و سرکوبگری به عنوان راهبرد تنظیم هیجان میتواند در تعامل با ویژگیهای شخصیتی مرتبط با حساسیت پردازش حسی باشد و همچنین به اثرگذاری بر واکنشهای فیزیولوژیک منجر شود
