اهداف پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش میانجیگرانه ارضای نیازهای بنیادین روانشناختی در رابطه بین حمایت اجتماعی و مسئولیتپذیری با اهمالکاری شغلی مشاوران مدارس انجام شد.
مواد و روشها روش این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی همبستگی است. تمام مشاوران مدارس شهر سبزوار به روش سرشماری انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای استفادهشده در این پژوهش پرسشنامه حمایت اجتماعی واکس و همکاران، پرسشنامه اهمالکاری شغلی تاکمن، خردهمقیاس مسئولیتپذیری پرسشنامه روانشناختی کالیفرنیا و پرسشنامه ارضای نیازهای بنیادی در روابط بودند. دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزارهای آماری SPSS نسخه 23 و AMOS نسخه 22 و به روش تحلیل معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شد.
یافتهها بین مؤلفههای حمایت اجتماعی با اهمالکاری شغلی رابطه منفی معنیداری وجود دارد (05/0>P). نقش میانجیگرانه نیازهای بنیادین روانشناختی در رابطه بین حمایت اجتماعی با اهمالکاری شغلی تأیید شد (05/0>P)، ولی نقش میانجیگرانه نیازهای بنیادین روانشناختی در رابطه بین مسئولیتپذیری با اهمالکاری شغلی تأیید نشد.
نتیجهگیری نیازهای بنیادین روانشناختی نقش میانجیگرانه معنیداری در رابطه بین حمایت اجتماعی با اهمالکاری شغلی مشاوران ایفا میکند.
