اهداف پژوهش حاضر برای بررسی اولیه کارایی هیپنوتراپی شناختیرفتاری بر اختلال بدشکلی بدن و همچنین افسردگی و ناتوانی این بیماران، انجام شد.
مواد و روشها طرح پژوهش حاضر از نوع تجربی تکموردی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، افراد مبتلا به اختلال بدشکلی بدن در شهر سنندج بود. بر اساس نمونهگیری هدفمند، 3 نفر (دو مرد و یک زن) از مراجعان که ملاکهای ورود به پژوهش را داشتند، وارد پژوهش شدند. همچنین در این پژوهش از مقیاس بدشکلی بدن ییلبراون (BDD-YBOCS)، تست افسردگی بک (BDI-II)، مقیاس ناتوانی شیهان (SDS)، پرسشنامه چند محوری بالینی میلون (MCMI-III) و مصاحبه بالینی استفاده شد. هیپنوتراپی شناختیرفتاری به مدت 15 جلسه یک ساعتونیمه و به صورت دوجلسه در هفته به کار گرفته شد. برای تحلیل دادههای پژوهش از روش تحلیل تکموردی (با چند خط پایه) به کمک رسم نمودار و مقایسه میانگین و میانه موقعیتها استفاده شد.
یافتهها نتایج حاکی از این بود که نمرات شرکتکنندگان در شدت اختلال بدشکلی بدن، افسردگی و ناتوانی کاهش قابل توجهی یافت. دستاوردهای درمانی در دوره پیگیری چهارماهه نیز همچنان تداوم یافت.
نتیجهگیری هیپنوتراپی شناختیرفتاری در بهبود اختلال بدشکلی بدن و همچنین افسردگی و ناتوانی این بیماران کارایی لازم را دارد.
