Any disturbance in information processing of computer creates an overall problem in the shole system and the same is true in respect to human behavior. Among other determinant factors affecting cortical function in this respect are : various types of personalities, the nature of CNS physiology and neural messager which can in turn bring about some psychopathology such as, neurosis.
